I recently stayed at the Westin gaslamp Quarter for a few days last week. I loved it!! I was celebrating my anniversary and I was pleasantly surprised by the nice room that they gave us at check in. Tiffany at the front desk checked me in and answered all the questions I had. She was even kind enough to send...

We are Hilton folks but stayed here due to a Business meeting. The hotel is in a great location in the Gaslamp District. Restaurants, nightlife and shopping are just steps away. Check in was efficient with their slightly different individual areas, instead of a traditional long counter. The room was perfect with great workspace for the business traveler with lots...

If you know Westins, this is a great example of one. Clean, fresh design. Nice saltwater pool that's larger than the pictures show. Great gym. Incredibly friendly staff. Nicely sized and appointed rooms. Be aware that parking is $42 per night, which sounds outrageous, but it is quite so much all the other parking garages around. One night I actually...

1st time at a Westin and this will make me stay again. The staff, and they have plenty all appear happy and determined to offer that extra bit of service. The place itself is in a great location and is also very impressive as you enter. Rooms a lovely size, and bathrooms not bad either.

Starting with the ugly. This is a pet friendly hotel. We woke up after the first night with bites on feet, legs & ankles. The hotel manager, head of housekeeping & the Orkin man arrived quickly to find the room was infested with fleas. The manager immediately moved us another room and took everything we brought into the room that...

A little disappointed with a room on the 4th floor. The rooms there back up to a roof party space. Had to keep drapes closed. Otherwise all is fine. Business facilities for meetings are pretty good. Short distance to the airport. $14 via Uber car.
