Initially, I was less than impressed, due to my request for a room with 2 beds not being honored and a malfunctioning toilet, however after voicing my concerns to management I was moved to the requested room with 2 beds, the toilet in the old room was fixed, and my experience was exceptionally improved. The rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food from Brinas 24 was really good. Internet is only so-so.

The location and the lobby are beautiful. I was disappointed with the rooms, the pictures on the site do not show how outdated the bathrooms or the furniture in the rooms are. The floors did not seem clean at all. The front desk staff were very nice but the morning staff was always overwhelmed with phone calls and guests, overall...

If small, old, in disrepair, or historical is what you are looking for this is the place. Although the staff was 4 star the facilities are well below par. Our room was literally held together with white duct tape. The rooms are Uber small. The beds were small but ok and the Internet service was ok. The fitness center consisted...

I stayed at the ramada after searching through hotels on TripAdvisor. This one had one of the lowest prices for the day I needed to go. So I booked same day. I found the hotel and checked in with no problems. I did leave my car with valet for the twenty dollars a day I read about from other reviews....
