My family and I usually stay at the Hilton when we travel so with that being said It was a Christmas night and the staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The room was okay, decor a little outdated and the beds just a little uncomfortable, there is a kitchen in your room but pots, pans, coffee maker...

Needed to call hotel to get someone at front desk to Check-In. Bed looked like someone laid on the comforter when I walked into the room. No one at front desk to check out so just left room key. Actually never saw anyone at front desk during my stay. Will not go back.

Great check-in!!! Great location and close to Qualcomm Stadium. Also just 15 minutes from Downtown. Love the , free wifi and grab n go breakfast. The room is spacious, bed is comfortable. There is no view. There are also lots of places to eat that are super close.

We booked this through a Priceline Express Deal, which we have used successfully many times. The amenities clearly showed "non-smoking" rooms, and a 2-1/2* level. When we checked in, we were very tired and just wanted a good night's rest. We were given a smoking room. We were told by the desk clerk that since we booked through Priceline, we...

This place is intended for business people staying for a long time and it lacks the amenities of a regular hotel. There is no ice machine, no pool, no maid service, no business center with printers, and no breakfast other than some sad cellophane wrapped muffins, granola bars, and instant oatmeal. If you ask at the desk they'll lend you...

Likely the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Had a family emergency that required a couple rooms for almost a week. The location was good and the price seemed OK. Beware - you get what you pay for. Hotel is old, not clean, breakfast is a joke, only printer wasn't working so had to go to Office Depot to print...

My company booked it for me and i had no other choice. 13 spiders i have killed in my room within last 2.5 months, no action even after reporting it numerous times at the reception. How could a hotel not have bathing soaps for a week? Room cleaning is never on time, you'll have to remind them always. Limited channels...

We stayed at this hotel for 5.5 months as we searched for a home after relocating here. During this time, this hotel served as our home and although we weren't sure we could actually live in a small room for this amount of time, it turned out to work well for us and our dog. We appreciate how ESA is...

“If you are coming with a dog/s I would suggest the lower level as the dogs are not allowed in the elevators for the safety of the other guests. The hotel has 3 stories and only the 3rd floor is smoking so make sure you choose 1-2 if you are not a smoker.”
