We booked this through a Priceline Express Deal, which we have used successfully many times. The amenities clearly showed "non-smoking" rooms, and a 2-1/2* level. When we checked in, we were very tired and just wanted a good night's rest. We were given a smoking room. We were told by the desk clerk that since we booked through Priceline, we... More

This place is intended for business people staying for a long time and it lacks the amenities of a regular hotel. There is no ice machine, no pool, no maid service, no business center with printers, and no breakfast other than some sad cellophane wrapped muffins, granola bars, and instant oatmeal. If you ask at the desk they'll lend you... More

Likely the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Had a family emergency that required a couple rooms for almost a week. The location was good and the price seemed OK. Beware - you get what you pay for. Hotel is old, not clean, breakfast is a joke, only printer wasn't working so had to go to Office Depot to print... More

My company booked it for me and i had no other choice. 13 spiders i have killed in my room within last 2.5 months, no action even after reporting it numerous times at the reception. How could a hotel not have bathing soaps for a week? Room cleaning is never on time, you'll have to remind them always. Limited channels... More

We stayed at this hotel for 5.5 months as we searched for a home after relocating here. During this time, this hotel served as our home and although we weren't sure we could actually live in a small room for this amount of time, it turned out to work well for us and our dog. We appreciate how ESA is... More

I spent one night here, in town for a reunion with friends. Was a warm sunny day and the lobby was even warmer, the a/c was either not on or not on high enough to keep the lobby cool. In their defense, heavy sunlight coming in the front door and heavy traffic of guests coming in and out wasn't helping.... More

“If you are coming with a dog/s I would suggest the lower level as the dogs are not allowed in the elevators for the safety of the other guests. The hotel has 3 stories and only the 3rd floor is smoking so make sure you choose 1-2 if you are not a smoker.”
