When we checked in we were informed housekeeping was upon request so I requested daily cleaning as our stay was 3 days. It was not done. We were out all day and came back to our room the same way we left it. When my husband called the front desk he was told he could come down and get fresh towels because they were busy. My husband arrived and the front desk employee was busy in the back room yelling and having an argument with some one on speaker phone. He got her attention got his towels and left.
Rooms are clean. Property is quiet. Staff is friendly. No problems getting to location. Close to highways and restaurants. Also, close to grocery stores and banks for easy access to necessities. Comes in handy when putting things in fridge.
The room had the "Clean seal" sticker taped on the door, but it was quickly obvious that a real cleaning had not been done -- debris and litter on the floors, food residue in the fridge, and make-up pencil shavings and lashes on the bathroom vanity counter
The property is nice when you walk in. The rooms are very outdated definitely not what you would expect from the Hilton. It was very noisy all the way pass midnight. From Hilton I would expect better there are always different options.
I never leave reviews but I needed to for this stay. Mike was amazing. He checked us in quickly and was so sweet. The rooms look like nothing more than a motel 6 at best. The chairs were FILTHY! We didn't even feel comfortable sitting in them. The bath tub was dirty. Worst of all there was a non working fire detector with plastic on it. It's a no for me. For $90 a night, we deserve a clean environment. I have reported my stay to corporate and I hope they will do something to rectify this asap!
