Cosy small hotel in the heart of little Italy- friendly staff - free coffee and water and within walking distance to all the important landmarks in San Diego. Nearby the cute square where Sam the cooking guy have 3 restaurangs. Within 10 minutes walk you are at the water!
Good price, everything you need was in the room. Excellent interactions with the friendly staff and very clean overall. Only issue was noise in room next door but was of minimal upset as the occupants quieted down after 11:30 Small room but very convenient location with lots of lovely restaurants nearby. Cab from airport was 22$ with $5 tip included
Vince was a legend. Thanks so much for making our check in experience easy! We were a bit anxious about checking in early as we didn't want to carry our bags around the city and he was able to go above and beyond for us. Thanks once again Vince!
Erik & Vicente are the best guys! As se arrive at the hotel early Erik upgrade our room without extra charge!!! The hotel Is a beautiful place, clean and cozzy. The location is very good as it Is near to the seaport. I highly recommend this place!
I stayed at the hotel based on cost and past reviews . Firstly check in was quick and smooth . Customer service was excellent there . The rooms were sparse , small and basic but they were clean and the bed was comfortable. It serves its purpose as we weren’t there to stay in the room - just a place to shower and sleep . Location was excellent in Little Italy which is near all great happening restaurants . Getting around is east as the hop on and off trolley tours was right there . Uber was super easy to get too . Would I come back ? Yes if they had a family room .
We found Urban Boutique online by searching for boutique hotels. Great location, right in little Italy, near every Italian restaurant and other interesting and great restaurants. The room was totally updated and clean. The desk managers were always available and helpful. Full bath with the sink located in the room. There was a microwave, refrigerator, ironing board and iron, mini coffee maker, and bottled water was provided. There was no view from our room but that was not what we wanted. The rooms are small but adequate with one recliner chair. Our room at Christmas was $118 a night. Lower prices may be available at off season. It was close to the airport as well We would definitely stay there again.
Great location & staff, small rooms were okay but the property was very old, bathrooms were small even the basin could not fit in, some lamps were not working, the toilet seat was literally shaking, and beds too were sometimes uncomfortable, nice property but needs a renovation ASAP
Great place to stay for a short visit! The room is clean and neat and have everything needed, the location is both close to the airport and good restaurants. Also, the staff here is extremely nice and helpful!
What a great find! 1. Location is amazing. Little Italy is adorable and you are literally in the mix. 2. Thoughtful design. Y’all they painted the walls that are your view. The view would have been plain walls but they took the time to paint blue and green. Such a charming touch. 3. Fridge and microwave in the room! 4. Helpful staff. I’ll be back for sure!
This is possibly one of the most disgusting places to stay. The bathroom fixtures were literally coming out of the wall. I don't think they could have found cheaper toilet paper. All in all I would never ever recommend anyone stay here. We had planned on staying 4 nights and couldn't get out of there fast enough. Definitel y worth going downtown to the Marriott. World of difference!
