This hotel has all the bones of a typical motor lodge from the 60s, but what the current owners have done to it is extraordinary. All rooms are playfully appointed with plush and modern furnishing. All rooms feature billboard style floor to ceiling retro artwork that conjures up images of the swinging sixties in Bella Italia. It makes you wish...

Great place to stay. Mind you, first stay a few years ago, free parking but this time, $20 a day ??? Bit much, but still a nice location, nice room, good food, security good and the climate?? Could not have been better! (Of course, not that the hotel had any control over that)! Anyway have stayed at the Porto Vista...

As a few other reviews have said, this hotel appears to be nice from the front but as soon as you enter the building it really is like a motel. My aunt and I just visited and would have left to find another hotel sooner if not for the large amount of fees we would have racked up. We had...

I stayed here with my family: husband and three boys. We had a renovated room and it was well kept except for one thing. The carpets were so dirty it turned our feet black within an hour of walking on it. It completely grossed me out. My sons were 8,2 and 5 months old. I made my sons wear their...

I had a falling out with my roommate and needed a room for a few nights to clear my head and I COULD NOT be more pleased with my experience. Not only was the room in pristine condition upon my arrival but the IT guy Shawn was really helpful when I was having trouble connecting to the network. It was...

One of my best hotels in SD! I stayed here last weekend with some friends and everything was great! The rooms were clean and the staff was extremely friendly. This is probably one of the only hotels I know in the area that has good wifi. I will definitely be staying in this hotel again in the future.

Porto Vista, thank you for such an amazing experience! This hotel offers a wide variety of amenities, such as free breakfast daily. But let's not forget the most important thing for all of us who have to work while staying at a hotel, the internet. Free WiFi with great, fast connection everyone in the hotel, especially inside the room. Highly...

This hotel was fantastic. I stayed here while visiting my friend in SD. The service was great and the rooms were nice. There is wifi available and you can get a signal pretty much anywhere in the hotel.

All employees were pleasant and always asking if we needed anything. The amenities were great, especially the wifi, no matter where we were it was a good signal. Will definitely be visiting here again. One more thing, the management was equally as good as their employees. Very pleased
