The last 4 times we have stayed at the Pacific Inn and really like it ! Clean, friendly and only a short walk from the centre of town or to Little Italy. The trolly is only a very short walk. Love this place :)

Very good value hotel & location for seeing the sights of San Diego. Close to the Harbour & Airport. Also short walking distance to Little Italy restaurant area & SD transportation Trolley station 'County Centre' There are 2 fast food diners on the same block as the hotel with a convenience store a few blocks away. I found the hotel... More

I spent one night at this motel. Breakfast was served late and when I wnt to take a shower, no water came out of the bath tub faucet. It was a Sunday and the manager said his maintenance man usually doesn't work on Sundays and it would be at least 10:00 am before he would come to fix it. This... More

The hotel was very appropriate for its price range with very clean and spacious room. The location is very good, you can get everywhere in San Diego by taking the trolley walking, or driving a short distance. The hotel is within walking distance to City Hall, the Maritime museum, the USS Midway, and Little Italy with a large variety of... More

Overall, I felt the hotel owner and management was deceitful. The owner "D" WILL leave you stranded like what happened to us! They will blatantly ignore pre-paid deposit and confirmation e-mail sent out by their own employee. The owner, "D", told us the hotel was sold out, and that there was no record of my reservation, and blame everyone else... More

The location is good, since the inn is near the airport, the Little Italy neighborhood (which has some great restaurants), the trolley station (you don't hear the noise from there though), the ferry landing. Also, the price is probably the best. The room was cozy and clean. I liked my stay there.

We needed a stay away fro home while our floors were re-carpeted. Very clean and nice spa room! Pool was sparkling! Staff upon check-in was very professional and sharp! The only drawback was the lack of HDTV stations for the HDTV, as we weren't going out for the evening...so most stations were fuzzy & not clear. Area is quiet; bed... More

Staff are kind and knowledgable of things to do around San Diego. I felt welcome by the establishment. The room I stayed in had a hint of urine smell from the homeless that relieve themselves in the alley behind my room. The room is clean and quaint. I do not like the aloe soap provided. That was poor in quality... More

My husband and I have stayed here twice now and love this place. We found it in June while planning a quick getaway to San Diego. We stay regularly at the Pacific Inn & Suites in Redwood City and decided to give this location a try. So glad we did. One of our new favorite places to go. The location... More

Very good localization - near downtown and San Diego Bay. The breakfast is poor and the room is a little bit dark. The people is really nice and always ready to help and give information about the city. My husband and I would stay there again.
