This hotel is a good value and the rooms are big. The pool is ok at best and the hot tub is tiny. Maintenance is lacking but it's just little things like loose handles and hooks. Breakfast was very good and a nice perk. 2 of the elevators were not working and the hotel was full so the wait was...

Dear All_InPK, Thank you for being our guest and happy to hear that your suite and breakfast were excellent and so very sorry that there were some areas of opportunity in the suite referencing some maintenance matters which has been passed on to them. The lifts are undergoing a full modernization which currently has one off line which certainly can...

Great Happy Hour with good bartenders and waitresses. Shara, Nichole, Dan, Jenna and Anne were all great. Elevators stink. Breakfast is awesome. Free laundry, but bring your own detergent. I would definitely stay here again. jcl

Dear DanaPointwhereverur, Fabulous and thank you for being our guest and we have congratulated the entire restaurant team for making a difference, thank you. The lifts do stink, but really only one as this is the one currently undergoing the modernization, two of our four are brand spanking new and perfectly operating, and the last one is the most mature...

Ideally located, reasonably priced, and reservation included daily breakfast buffet which offered an impressive variety of food. However, signs of deferred maintenance throughout the hotel and room and overall room was very dirty. The shower was especially bad with significant mold/mildew. We asked housekeeping to please clean the shower the first day of our stay but nothing was done about...

Dear Amy T, I was delighted to hear that the team and hotel delivered close to brilliant and am terribly sorry for the challenges you experienced with the bathroom condition. I have an update from Engineering and Suite Keeping on the status of the bathrooms and we have completed 268 guest suites in new caulking and attending to bathroom fans,...

My wife and I had a wonderful first time stay with Embassy Suites. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and quiet, breakfasts were amazing (omelets to order!). Embassy Suites will be our first consideration during future travel.

We have stayed here on several occasions as well as the Embassy Suites in Atlanta. Every stay has been frustrated with broken elevators. This stay over the July 4th holiday, only two of their 4 elevators are working. Made the waits rediculous for simply getting to our room. Whoever designs these buildings needs to loose their job as they obviously...

Dear Bucketlistm, Thank you for being our guest and my sincerest apologies for the terrible experience you had with our elevators. I too was here the entire weekend and do understand the challenges we had on the number one elevator, we immediately called our elevator partner and they dispatched their technician and did have this corrected rather quickly, although with...

Cook to order breakfast every morning, pretty crowded and limited seating on the weekend. Eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, juice, muffins, fruit and yogurt available every day. Food was okay, pretty typical for a breakfast on the go. The coffee was bad, wish they had a closer Starbucks. The hotel shuttle service was hit or miss. No wait to go to...

October 2014 was my second stay at Embassy Suites, La Jolla, and my husband's umpteenth. He prefers it for its proximity (and shuttle!) to his workplace, the Avis car rental desk in the lobby and the hot, fresh, made-to-order breakfast that seems to be this hotel chain's USP. Why do I like it? Many reasons: the comfort of a cosily...

Evening reception and breakfast are big reasons that we stay at this hotel, much cleaner and nicer than downtown embassy. Helpful staff and assisted us with getting a taxi, shuttle etc. Valet was great and very speedy when calling from the room, the truck was always there waiting for us.

Great hotel. Clean and spacious enough rooms for girls weekend. Friendly service especially Edgar at the front desk. Will stay again when we return. Had a problem with noise next to us after midnight but same was taken care of within minutes. Breakfast buffet was good with cooked to order plates.

First room, would not cool off, 109 outside, maintenance could not fix. Assigned another room, got new keys, did not work. Got another set of new keys, someone already in this room. Final room, had same issue as first room. room already at 78 degrees and would not cool off. Left hotel for Marriott.
