Very nice room and service and a good location. The hotel is a landmark building nicely renovated with old style charm and modern amenities. The hotel restaurant had very good food and excellent service. I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a gem:) The manager Claire is one of the best! She makes you feel like you are the only guest there. The waiter Chris was able to help us decide what to order every time. He had a recommendation for everyone in my family. The best part was the housekeeper Yolanda:) She left me special soap and... More

This is a nicer than average courtyard. I guess there is a new one down the street that, from the pictures, looks to have a nice pool. This location does not have a pool. It has a very pretty lobby - used to be a bank (bank vault in lower level is fun to see). Room was JUST OKAY. Bathroom... More

We stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is an old bank building & the decor is very cool! The hotel lobby staff & valet staff were very helpful with restaurant recommendations. We never found the self-parking garage; we just used the valet. They were very prompt in getting our vehicle whenever we needed it. The hotel is just outside... More

As i stay at a lot of Marriott properties I decided on this location because it was so different from the normal properties. Good location for Gaslamp district. Walking distance for a morning run to Bilboa park. Friendly staff which answered questions patiently, arranged for a visit to the bank vault and also to the tower. Had a minor issue with used plastic cutlery found in the room when entering but overall very pleasant stay and recommended.
