I felt you should have notified me about this situation before I arrived so I could have opted for a different full service hotel to meet my needs. We went to the bar one night for a cocktail and waited awhile and no bartender showed up we left and went to another bar. I also believe we should have been...

We stayed here for a couple of nights while visiting the city. We loved the room decor--everything was clean and aesthetically pleasing. The front desk staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The location was great...we were able to park the car and never used it until it was time to leave. We walked to the waterfront and...

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for several nights and really enjoyed it until the construction started. Would've liked to have notice that it would start at 8am, which was pretty early for us to be awoken by it. The water was also shutoff for several hours but there was notice of that so we planned around it....

Excellent boutique hotel that's close walking distance to Gaslamp Quarter. It's also close to the Westfield Horton Plaza Mall. Nicely made up beds, clean bathroom. Stayed on 7th floor, saw the offered new earplugs but didn't really need it. Free Wifi in room and it worked for my needs. For the price/rate I got it for, it was significantly cheaper...

Awkward to be greeted by black manzanita branches with white curtains. Looks like a real life horror show. This is a more outdated hotel but you just cannot beat the location.
