This hotel is in a great location. Our room was on the ground level and I was able to park so that I could move our luggage through the sliding door very easily. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. The room was comfortable.
This Holiday Inn is a good place to stay if you are taking one of the guided tours of Canyon de Chelly. At our visit the ice machine was broken but the front desk provided ice upon request. Very nice people at the desk. (Eat...More
Very pleasant Holiday Inn with a restaurant called Garcia's next to check-in and the large gift store. Our room was very clean and the bed linen smelled laundry fresh. Our room had a full wall window looking out and sufficient curtains to cover it for...More
Excellent service in excellent location to Canyon DeChelly. Located at the Garcia Trading Post with lots of things to purchase. Clean rooms. Beautiful scenery. Within driving distance to Spider Rock and Canyon DeChelly.
Friendly staff. Hotel is not attached to reception area. Which is a down side if you want to get together with friends to chat and not eat. Did not use the restaurant. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Our room was on the ground floor....More

I agree that the Holiday Inn was great in every aspect. Really nice property with rooms around a large grassy area. Room was all you could want with small patio. Very reasonable restaurant that featured a few local dishes, such as Navajo frybread and blue corn crusted trout that were nothing special but fine. Gift shop (but not open on weekends.) BW surrounds a parking lot and coffee shop. Guide told us Tbird was older but maybe he has relatives at HI ;) Honestly, we thought it was the most attractive Holiday Inn we've ever stayed at (IHG members) and interesting history (former trading post).
