My son and I stayed at this property on a recent trip to the USA. We booked a Red Cliff View 2 bedroom cabin. The cabin was situated about 200 metres from the main hotel in a string of cabins that faced open land and a small cliff. The view was not outstanding, but the outlook was quite peaceful and...

As expected. No restaurant or food abd everything at 8 PM shuts down. Small town and advise getting your own food. Good view but nothing spectacular. Good bed and average WiFi. Something about the AT&T tower was down. No cell coverage. Most businesses look closed. Will not recommended unless its a mandatory stop.

Had a room with a balcony and the view was amazing. Beautiful, comfortable rooms with modern amenities. Bath, free wifi, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, cable TV all in room. Location was good with just a short drive to Capitol Reef NP. Be aware that a lot of things are closed here for the winter. I had minimal groceries with me...

Capitol Reef Resort sits at the end of Torrey, right before the National Park. YOU feel as if you are at the edge of civilization (in a good way) with all the amenities. We stayed in a room with a great view. There are also tee pees, and perhaps covered wagons to stay in. The staff was very helpful. We...

We were passing through for a night and needed a clean, safe place to stay. This was one of the few places open for the season. Wow! Were we surprised with our room! It was so warm and cozy, clean, comfortable and incredibly well appointed. There were multiple options for heaters so even in the dead of winter, we were...

The hotel is nested at the bottom of impressive red cliffs. It's very comfortable and quiet and the staff is very friendly. Excellent value for money located at the entry of capitol reef national park.

We had a superior king suite with a patio as that was the only type of room available when we booked about 2 months prior to our stay. It cost us $170 per night plus tax which is more than we wanted pay but it was the only decent accommodation left in Torrey for 1 of the 2 nights that...

This was an excellent hotel choice. We stayed in a King Cabin, which was beautiful. Had a patio with chairs and an open lawn in front of us and the hills in the distance. Being November the teepees were closed but made for a nice photo. Would be fun to stay in when they are open. My son enjoyed chasing...

Other reviewers are correct. Whoever took the professional photography of this property deserves a raise. The photography makes this look like a 5-star joint. It's more like a 3-star property with a 5-star setting. That being said, we loved it anyway. Just don't expect it to be as beautiful, large or clean as the photos make you feel. Nice touches:...

Closer to park than Torrey. Our room was large, with frig, microwave and keurig. Nice balcony with stunning view. Property is right on the highway but the rooms are back a bit and it's quiet. Property is interesting with Tepees and Covered Wagons.

Thank you for your review, we feel we have an amazing location being just a few miles from the park entrance. The Red Rock views on our property are amazing. Our Teepees and Wagons along with the cabins on the property are new this year and have been a huge hit.
