No frills, but you get more than you pay for! This is a small park with the sites very close together. It does have a large cottonwood tree between each site for some shade. The other parks in the area have almost no shade. There is a grassy area where the kids can play ball or other activities. There is...

They have 9 tent sites which obviously play a minor role compared to the RV income. Tents are pitched on gravel which is almost level. There is a large grass area next to the tents which is nice. Restroom, laundry and showers all clean and working. Pool not yet open which was a little disapointing. Good views. For the price,...

We really enjoyed ourselves here. Everyone we met were friendly, helpful and happy. The gift shop is fabulous and we were able to purchase a blanket we had been searching for, for a very good price too! We do recommend Thousand Lakes and when we come back through, we will most likely stay here.

After traveling for a full day and trying another RV camp earlier, it was nice to pull into a well kept lot that had pull through spots with full hookups. The staff was cordial and took extra care to see that we were situated properly. They have an on-site store that carries basic needs and was well stocked. No TV...

We stayed here for two nights to be close to Capitol Reef Nat'l Park. Although the spaces weren't huge, ours was ample for our 5th wheel and F350. The park is a huge gravel parking lot. They even offered fresh muffins if ordered the night before. The staff in the store (man & woman) seemed rather indifferent when we walked...

I don't know if I'd recommend here if staying in an RV/camper. It's a huge gravel lot with minimum space between spots and no grass. Staff seemed indifferent when we arrived. The cabins, however were great. Large cabins with a double bed and a double/single bunk, table and chairs, picnic table and fire pit overlooking a field/pool area. Short walk...

For our first night out of Vegas in our campervan rental, we booked a stay here. We arrived after 10 pm but they gave us clear instructions on where to park and were a pleasure to work with. Place CLEAN and bathroom/showers heated. Returned a few days later and paid to shower again since the Capitol Reef campground does not...

This park has excellent views and is close to Capitol Reef National Park. The grounds are very well kept and the showers and laundry are clean and convenient. There is a gift shop on site with supplies and the team is friendly and knowledgeable about Capitol Reef and gave great hike recommendations. We would stay again if in the area,...

What a nice place! This was RV home camp for 4 nights as we visited Capitol Reef and area around. The park was spotless, RV spots level, shaded and most are pull thru's....that makes it nice when you have a tow vehicle. Nice laundry facilities, and a POOL! The staff could not have been friendlier,. The gift shop was well...

The camp is spotless and well-organized. The facilities are brand new and spotless (could use a chair in the shower rooms), wi-if is pretty good, city water pressure perfect, tastes clean. The registration office is a high-quality gift shop with very good prices. The seasonal BBQ was a disappointment, but it WAS the last day. Some of the staff are...
