During our one week trip to visit Zion, Bryce and Capitol Reef, we stayed in 3 B&B's and without a doubt, the Torrey Schoolhouse was our favorite. However, oddly enough, all 3 really lacked in warmth and hospitality. In all 3 cases, the inn keepers were absent for most of our visit. The Torrey Schoolhouse was no different. Granted we...

I love B&B's - particularly if they offer a glimpse into the local history. The place is an obvious labor of love and it show. All the elements of a comfortable stay are there and each room seems to ooze with charm. The additional bonus was sharing the experience of an older lady who used to live across the schoolhouse...

We stayed in the Windgate room on the 3rd floor. The deor was Southwestern with very clean lines. The massage chair was fun and a plus. I can't say enough good things about this venue- there are just too many wonderful aspects there to mention them all. The owner/hostess was very charming who provided us with a wonderful breakfast and...

This is a completely redone old schoolhouse. That is both a plus and a minus: the rooms and general area are completely modernized, but unfortunately this erased a lot of the old schoolhouse charm. The breakfasts were adequate (we were there for two) but fairly standard for a B&B. The usual "host mingling" was very light. Upon arrival our key...

I was so happy to find this gem in Torrey. It is a great location to be nearby Capitol Reef National Park. Ty and Will were great hosts. They have done such a great job with the restoration of the old schoolhouse, and have included cute touches like framed class photos in the lobby. My room was very clean and...

We experienced a real treat at the Torrey Schoolhouse B&B recently. The accommodations were superb and the breakfasts were scrumptious! The attention to detail across the board made the place very inviting and welcoming. Not to be missed if you're heading to Capitol Reef National Park!

Knowing little about the wider area we were exploring we also had no idea where we'd end up for the night. Trip Advisor is brilliant in this situation and once again came up trumps with this exceptional B&B. Owner Ty's vision and passion shines through in every detail, from the super comfortable beds to the nourishing breakfast. The decor is...

A restored schoolhouse...beautifully done. You would never believe it was a schoolhouse. Historical pictures on the walls. Lovely, quiet rooms. Very thick towels and comfortable bed. Breakfasts were delicious. Only downside was no staff stayed on premises.

Thank you for the positive review! We have ten suites assigned to guests, and "William" (my assistant) has his own private quarters on site inside the schoolhouse. I live straight across the street and my large kitchen window faces the B&B, so I can see cars and people arriving. In case we don't notice someone arriving, there are always personalized...

Perhaps the most impressive BnB building we have had the pleasure of visiting. Opening the wooden door entryway onto the beautiful lobby, complete with piano, massage chair, artworks, dining area, I had to turn around and say to my wife "Wait 'til you see this!" Our upstairs room, one of several 'theme' rooms - ours was the "Music" Room, others...

We found this B & B through TripAdvisor and loved our time there. It's charming, comfortable, inviting, and cozy. A welcome respite after a long day of driving. The owner, Ty, was interesting and enjoyable to speak with. Ty included some of the ingredients in our delicious breakfast from her greenhouse behind the inn. And she accommodated my dairy allergy...
