It was our 7th wedding anniversary, we thought we take a trip to Carlsbad to visit the caverns. This was the cheapest place, without having the doors on the outside (which freaks me out). It was a little older and worn but clean! The older lady at the front desk was extremely nice (Can not remember her name) my husband...

We stayed here two nights. Clean and comfortable rooms. With just two women, we felt very safe and the front desk was great. It's out of the way but still close to everything. Great middle priced hotel for Carlsbad Caverns.

Nice stay for a night. As expected, no complaints. Enjoyed the continental breakfast in the morning- many options and good coffee. Very accommodating staff. Nice location for Carlsbad area, close to the caverns.

I paid little high on this town and any other town. I like place its clean and comfortable however every single hotel is looking for too much money. They says they have oil and you need to pay like Arab lives in there town.

Our stay was great. The staff at the hotel was very helpful, the rooms were clean and quiet. My kids loved the continental breakfast. TripAdvisor needs to update the info online because the hotel no longer has a pool, it's been converted to a conference room (since 2015).

Stopped in Carlsbad for the night to see the Caverns. There is nothing exciting and fancy about Carlsbad, and this hotel isn't the exception. Just a good, clean hotel that's good to stay in for a night. Had a gym and breakfast with waffles, fruit, cereal and pastries. Just a regular, no-frills hotel. What makes it 5 stars was Gail,...

The girl who checked us in was great. We checked in late after going to Carlsbad Caverns which is about 20 min away. Beds were clean. Room was clean. Breakfast was great in the morning. The only thing we didn't like was the girl who change shift for morning came up to us and said "so you are the ones...

The Holiday Inn express $309, Hampton $279. US travelers was $120. No pool or elevator, but less than half price, decent shape, big savings. Thanks for being there, other competition being constructed to cash in on the remoteness of the city. Don't miss the fossil reef mountains southwest on the Texas side.

The location is convenient to the beginning of town, but about as far as possible from the National Park in the area. It's on the north end of town, opposite from Carlsbad Cavern. Hotel was fine, maybe little overpriced. The room was spacious, slightly dated but clean. The free continental breakfast in the morning was better than expected. The breakfast...
