Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Moises definitely made my experience even better, always being as helpful and informative as possible. And the best part is that the hotel is extremely clean. My room was ready on time and the view was better than amazing.

Amazing experience with super friendly and effective staff. We enjoyed the view a lot and love this small oasis in New York City. We were treated well by all staff and housekeeping. This will be our first choice when we do need to stay in New York again.

This hotel is one of the most affordable within NoMad with great cleanliness and great staff. The hotel is also ideally located - everything in Midtown and Crosstown are in walking distance. There were renovations on the lobby, which were not really bothering overall, however there was no restaurant in the hotel. The rooms are SMALL, even for NYC standard and for the affordable rate (you can barely open a large luggage). There are only two lifts going the full length of the building, so prepare to wait 5 mins.+ for an elevator. The rooftop is open, but the bar of the rooftop is closed during the winter.

Hotel was super central and super friendly. Coffee shop, bar, breakout areas all contributed to a great stay with coffee to start the day and a wine to relax after a full on New York experience. The location was on the City site seeing bus route so easy to hop on and round the corner from the Empire State Building. Just perfect!

Excellent hotel. Staff so helpful at check in and gave us a room upgrade which was great. Rooms small but more than adequate. Lovely comfortable bed. Amazing power shower and vanity area too. Rooms also had a fridge, hairdryer and a clothes steamer which worked Great. Bar opens Thursdays to Sundays and was nice for a wine after a day walking around the city. Great location too. Most sights within walking distance. We had a late flight so after Checkout at 12pm we left our luggage which they stored free of charge for us which was a great help.

Everything about Arlo Nomad is perfect. When we checked in the front desk was well staffed meaning the process was quick. The front of house staff could not have done more for us, they ensured we had a spectacular room and we had our essentials covered. Then staff are fantastic. The room was also perfect. It’s slightly smaller but perfectly functional. The view alone over the Empire State Building meant we spent time before bed watching the light show. The bed was comfy, the shower was amazing. The room was ideal for everything we need. The location was perfect for exploring the main sites. It’s around 20mins to Time Square and about 5 to the empire state. The subway stations are all around the hotel. Arlo is absolutely perfect and I can’t imagine we will ever stay anywhere else.

We stayed 5 nights here on a NYC city break. The location is central and near everything you need including the subway stations. The staff were excellent throughout. Although there was work going on to convert the ground floor, this did not bother us but the lack of a bar was a problem …..the one on the second floor was never staffed which was unfortunate because we spoke to several other guests who would have used it like us. The rooms are small even for NYC but well equipped and wee very clean and cleaned daily. Bed very comfortable .We had a view over E31st St but I wouldn’t call it a spectacular view. What was a real disappointment was that the rooftop bar was closed. It would be a great place to have sundowners and you could spend hours up there watching the world go by. But on the whole a good stay and would recommend.

My visit at Arlo Nomad exceeded my expectations. The hotel is beautiful and an amazing location with stunning views from your room. However, what made my stay the most enjoyable was the people. In particular, Moises (Bell Man), went out of his way to make me feel welcome. It’s the little things that go a long way and his attention to every detail was superb. There was another gentleman (shoot I forget his name) who asked me about my stay in the elevator and we had a pleasant conversation. From check in to my departure, every staff member was wonderful. For these reasons I highly recommend staying at Arlo Nomad and would definitely return.

Am I in Heaven?! Not only am I in a room in the sky in the cutest hotel ever- but the STAFF is INCREDIBLE!!! Like no other hotel (on earth). You arrive to fortune cookies on your bed with the sweetest notes- the hotels is super clean, super hip and in the most amazing location for literally- anything. Thank you Keelan & Anthony who dropped off cookies when they knew I was in the ER during my stay (read that again); Thank you Kevin, Justin, Jamilah, Brianna, Jezebel, Jerome, & Randy for always saying hi, being so utterly helpful and perpetually pleasant. I literally Wanted to write this review to thank everyone. Such a quiet room I am surprised about that, too. A million stars!!
