We stayed in February and couldn't have been happier for our first New York experience. The hotel is a great base for exploring the city. We walked to a lot of the attractions and sights, but if needed the concierge will flag a taxi for you. We did opt for the hotel for its location, but we were thrilled when...

This hotel is a little gem! We were checked into another hotel beside centre park and after one night left we chose to come to the Casablanca instead for our stay in NY! We stayed for 5 nights at the hotel, it's not the most up to date or has the biggest rooms but who cares when the staff are...

It was a quiet escape in a busy area. Loved how there was a continental breakfast with the employees bending over backwards to help with your food. There were tables and chairs and sofas placed in Rick's Cafe that allowed you to talk with other guests. They also had Happy hour with appetizers and limitless wine. Microwave popcorn was in...

We spent 6 nights at the Casablanca Hotel earlier this month. The reviews on this website and others make it seem too good to be true! However, taking into consideration our list of must-haves, I have come to believe that I could not have chosen a more perfect place to stay! We arrived around 2pm, and had to drop off...

The rate includes continental breakfast together with refreshments available throughout the day and best of all cheese and wine served between five and eight every evening any in a very comfortable lounge called...

We travel to New York City one or more times per year and we have stayed at the Casablanca several times; it is getting to where we want to stay at the Casablanca every time now. This time our plans were made about eight months in advance and in that eight months a significant health issue arose. The Casablanca Staff...

This hotel was priced very well and perfectly situated in the theater district and Times Square. Does not have a gym but staff provided free vouchers for a gym close by. Service was excellent with a continental breakfast, and wine and cheese for happy hour.

We loved our stay at the Casablanca. The room was perfect. The breakfast in the morning was very nice. We enjoyed the wine and cheese in the evenings and the proximity to Broadway was great. The staff was accommodating and courteous.

We've been to the Casablanca quite a few times and it always impresses. The rooms are relatively small, but always well appointed, clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff are excellent from the check in to the reception to the breakfast and td to check-out. The location is great too. It has the feel of a very nice European hotel.

This hotel is a real find. It's right at Times Square yet when in the hotel itself, you don't hear the noise of the City itself, whether in your room or sitting at Ricks Cafe. Every member of staff is welcoming and friendly, they cannot do enough to make your stay more enjoyable. The rooms are spotless and well serviced,...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
