I stayed at the hotel for 1 week in May. Arrival at the Hotel was manic as we arrived at 11pm on Saturday night and the pavement and patio area was awash with Trash bags. However by Sunday morning this was all gone and the patio was clear and welcoming. In fact it became a pleasure to be able to...

When I first arrived the Reception was busy with guests and I needed to use the bathroom, I asked where it was, I was waived towards the back, to which I walked, and finding nothing I came back and asked again. This time the same Receptionist said it's downstairs. So for my second try, I walk downstairs - through a...

The service at the from desk was fast as we digitally checked in. The rooms were small, but clean. We had a great view of the Empire State Building. They had a complimentary breakfast that very good. Luis the break room host was awesome. A good value due to the location. Several restaurants within walking distance.

Rooms were very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great: eggs, sausages, toast, waffles, cereals including oatmeal, juices. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate available 24 hours a day. Concierge services were great: used to book car to Newark Airport at a good rate and for Empire State Bldg tickets. Nice little courtyard at front with tables to sit and...

This is a super convenient hotel from which to explore Manhattan. Walk to Times Square, shop at Macy's right across the street. Very easy access to subway or taxis to get farther away. Very good FREE breakfast saves lots of money also!

Stayed here for a weekend girls trip in April. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the room was modern and clean. The free coffee and hot chocolate were appreciated on a chilly day. Great location! No complaints whatsoever!

I have had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for several years and find it continues to be like a home away from home. This hotel has been recently updated throughout. The staff is very friendly and work hard to make your stay comfortable. The location is great for work and shopping plus several places to eat close by....

The Staff, breakfast and cleanliness of the rooms were satisfying, along with it's great location as well. Breakfast was pleasing, it could have used a little more fresh fruit, truly a preference of mine.

My wife and teenage daughter and I stayed a week in April at the Hampton Inn 35th Street in Manhattan, having reserved after seeing the excellent reviews, including location and friendly and efficient staff, and free breakfast and WIFI. We were not at all disappointed! In fact, we were absolutely delighted with all aspects of this hotel, even including the...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
