This hotel is currently under renovation & it needs it. You have to carry your luggage up and down a flight of stairs because the lift is out of service. They only have one luggage carrier that we saw so you’ll have to wait until it’s brought back. Our room was very spacious but only had one small uncomfortable chair to sit on and only a queen size bed. The TV was tiny for the size wall it’s mounted on and there is a huge air conditioning unit in the window right next to the bed which blew air on us all night long!! The location is good for access to all things in the Wall Street & South Street area. The old elevators are ok but slow. Also, we did not see any amenities like coffee. Very bare bones!

Hotel ideally located to visit NY. Close to the subway, in the Wall Street neighborhood and close to the Brooklyn Bridge. We had taken a large room for 5 people. This hotel is quite old but very clean with the possibility to eat in their restaurant which we have not tested. Rates at this hotel are reasonable by NY standards.

Good location, several subway stations nearby to get around Manhattan. It is an old building, the interior needs renovation. In our case the room was very large and there was a good daily cleaning service. We had a microwave, coffee maker and medium sized refrigerator. Breakfast was good, staff excellent, very professional. At reception with very good attention (Laura very efficient). We felt very comfortable during our 6 day stay. A hotel without luxuries, but with a reasonable price that is worth taking into account.

The hotel room was completely unsanitary, the floors were stained, the sofa was stained, the fringe was dirty, the walls were chipped, hair on the floor, a cockroach was dead on the floor as well. I had checked into my hotel at 2:45pm on Saturday July 8th. We contacted the front desk immediately about the dead cockroach, the front desk said they were sending someone up to clean the entire room… we returned from lunch and the room was not cleaned. I then went down to the front desk and told them I was not comfortable staying and that I would be contacting someone to get a refund, they tried not once but three times to get me to stay and give me a different room. Not worth what the want for a “hotel” that’s barely furnished, chipped paint and non working lamps. Do t waste you’re time or money with this place

The location of the hotel is just perfect and pretty close to almost all the subway lines. The rooms are really big taking in account the regular rooms size in Manhattan. We took Breakfast for $19 and it was very very complete, the price is worth it. Staff is excellent.

Do not stay at this hotel!!!! If it was up to me, I would not have even given this hotel 1 star. The pictures on their website are extremely MISLEADING. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Dead cockroaches and balls of hair on the floor, stained appliances and massive dark stains on the couch, empty bathroom soap containers in the bathroom, used towels in the bathroom and leftover food and drinks from previous guests in the fridge. It felt as though previous guests were evicted minutes before our arrival and we were invading their space. When asked if the room could be cleaned, they went in and swept up the bug and did nothing else. Staff were not willing to accommodate and/or provide a refund. DISGUSTING.

Terrible, negative feedback from the luggage service, the room without furniture, bathroom smaller than a closet, no safe, fake parquet floor. Breakfast if you arrive after 8.30 you won't find anything and it should be until 10.30. And more....

When I booked the room thru Priceline, it said that it is a 4 star hotel. It is NOT. Maybe 2.5. I can't believe I paid that much for the room. It was clean(ish). I think it was a condo converted into a hotel. It has a separate mini kitchen which we did not use, a separate living room with a small desk, which is not necessary for us, but may be for some others who travel for work. No bedside table, no outlet to charge your phone at bedside. There was one tiny table in the bedroom, but it was on the foot of the bed. Weird layout. Staff was friendly and professional. The only thing going for this hotel is the proximity to Battery park and 911 museum.

This hotel is located on Wall Street. The area is very quiet so you can sleep very well at night. The rooms are very large, the bed is comfortable and the rooms also have a microwave, it has a nice bathroom. The price includes a very generous buffet breakfast. From the hotel you can walk to several tourist attractions such as Battery Park, One World Trade Center, Wall Street Bull. Also close to the subway stop. The staff are friendly.

Hotel is well located and rooms are large. But Hotel is in need of major room updates as damaged floors, walls, furniture, etc. Housekeeping is quite poor- Dirty cups from previous guest left in our room. Dusty shelves. Our room also had a leaking toilet that leaked water onto the bathroom floor. We informed hotel housekeeping but it was never addressed. We ended up just leaving towels on bathroom floor to soak up water. For 350/night-Not worth the expense.
