Room was very small but clean and practical. The lobby was dirty, crowded and loud. Not enough elevators to service all the floors/customers which meant waiting up to 5 mins for an elevator at peak times. Location is good though.
I stayed at the Doubletree Hotel in Chelsea for 3 nights with my sister. There were no major issues at all. Anything we asked for was accommodated.

The hotel is perfectly located within a 15 minute walk to Times Square and Empire State Building. Also a block away from a subway station and not far to Penn station.
