This is a small no frills city hotel. It is older so adjust your expectations. What I really appreciated was the staff. We were unloading put front when I accidentally dropped my daughters cookies in a puddle. This was heartbreaking. We go to Doubletrees because the girls love the cookies. My daughter went to the front desk staff who not...

Given the high cost of space in Manhattan, this is a typical NYC hotel. Well maintained but cramped lobby, and small-ish rooms that were clean enough. Front desk staff were very professional and courteous and the location is very good.

Rooms are really small when traveling with kids. The Conrad was 4 times the size for the same money and was luxurious. Elevators are really crowded and it takes forever to get up to your room. Not sure if is stay again.

This is my second visit to NYC. This hotel did not disappoint. Easy to locate, the hotel itself in a very good location, a short walk to 5th, Macy's etc and an even shorter walk to MSG. We traveled in a group of 7 and booked 2 rooms with 2 double beds in as it was cheaper than splitting into...

Clean, comfortable room and smaller size to be expected in NYC. The friendly staff provided a warm welcome. Perfect location and an easy walk to Times Square, Macy's and Chelsea restaurants. Very reasonable parking rate for NYC.

Ehh ok not the biggest fan. Room Was huge but no seating other than the bed. Balcony was also Large but loud and dirty. Management was fantastic trying to settle our complaints. Overall a 3 out of 5. But not a homerun

Room is standard size for NYC. Stayed in room 406, bathroom is tiny and coffeepot is archaic but it was a perfect location and bed was very comfortable! Could have used another blanket but kept forgetting to ask! Checked in Christmas Day and staff were cheerful and happy and pleasant the entire stay!!!

Great location for me. Place was clean staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable used the mobile check in and keyless entry so I bypassed the front desk. Never had to come in contact with anyone however a staff member treated me on my way in.

Stayed here with family just prior to the holidays. Rooms were quiet and well suited for our stay. Check in was flawless and the staff were very helpful. Opted for one room with a view and the other around the corner.
