Worth every penny (cent)
This was a first stop off for us on a months trip to the US and Canada. The idea was to find somewhere in a convenient location to see all the sights in New York in just a few days.

We stayed here for 5 nights for my birthday. We had a really nice clean room on the 32nd floor although traffic noise was still an issue. I guess that’s what you have to expect from a noisy city like NYC. We had a view...More
I stayed with husband and children. The hotel was beautiful, clean and safe. The hotel room was more then we expected. The bathroom was the only area we had hoped would be more spacious. But overall worth the money and the location was very convenient...More
Location is a win! Around the corner to Penn Station Access. Front desk workers could be friendlier and welcoming. Walls are very thin. Could hear doors closing and conversations of people in the hall ways. I would assume if I can hear them they can...More
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the
affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.

They don't have parking per se, but they do have a valet who will drive your car to and from a garage. We didn't ask the cost, knowing it would be what most travelers consider outrageous. A car is not necessary. Penn Station and several subway lines are right near the hotel. Cabs are ubiquitous and reasonable. We managed without our car for three nights quite nicely.
