    I chose this place because of the location. Turns out the location is terrible. Ok, it is close to Subway, Penn Station, Fashion District, etc. But this is the worst and charmless part in Manhatan, very very crow side walks, cheap eletronic stores every where....More

    4 star, no way. 3 star at best. The rooms are tiny and the bathrooms are still stuck in the 40's. I am forced to stay here with work so have been a guest many times and I would never pay money to stay here...More

    You're right about there being no such thing as a 'standard' room. My guess is that you are booked into a Metro Queen, which means the decorations haven't been updated. They were pretty grim looking. I wouldn't fuss too... More

    According to the NYC Taxi and Limousine Commission website, it is a flat rate of $52 plus tolls plus tip, to go from JFK to anywhere in Manhattan.

    No idea but the room we stayed in was spotless and we were there 4 nights. The decor isn’t the fanciest but it was certainly clean. Hope that helps!
