Seen and booked this as looked very different type of hotel, quirky and great location. Reception has a nightclub feel and not really what we wanted after a 20hr journey. There was a problem with our double double room so we’re offered two separate double rooms for the night on the 16th floor. Rooms are amazing, excellent shower. The double room is small but very comfortable, although this was no problem for just one person I’m not sure how difficult this would be for two. We requested to stay in these rooms the next morning and this was accommodated by reception with no problem. We should really have requested rooms on a lower floor as the noise from the rooftop bar was loud and constant until 3-4am. Location is amazing for all the attractions, hotel was clean and secure. Reception staff and management very helpful . Definitely a hotel to try as it’s very different. Advice would be to request 7-9 floor if you want to sleep…

Just planned a short trip to NYC to celebrate my birthday staying at the Moxy Times Square. My expectations were huge once is such an important day. From checking in to checking out (and after!) I felt such an incredible experience and the service was no more than fabulous! Amazing structure, room cleaning just perfect, delicious food and the hotel crew… they are the best! The bar on the second floor is awesome if you want to chill and enjoy some beverage, food and music. The magic hour is just a spot you must go to fell what a party in NYC truly is. Would definitely come back!!!

Best hosts you could ask for! They were warm, welcoming and made us feel at home. I was here 10 years ago, and if I knew at that time this hotel, I would have gladly come here instead. I strongly recommand this hotel to anyone who would like to stay in Time Square!

We have stayed here one night so far. Check in was easy. Room was clean and stocked. Staff was remarkable, especially Giovanny, who gave us fantastic recommendations for food and answered any questions we had about directions, local places to check out, etc.

Great experience staff was friendly and very helpful we travelled first time in New York City from Niagara Falls Ontario, one of the staff members. Giovanny gave us great recommendations for restaurants and entertainment. We would highly recommend anyone coming here.

First ever stay at The Moxy and first time to travel alone with my daughter to NYC. Girls trip!!! When I come back to NYC, I plan to stay there again. Great service from beginning to the end. Such a unique vibe the hotel has. When my daughter and I needed a frig, they brought us up a mini fridge to hold our water and left over food. When I needed to reheat food, they showed me where to go. The location is 7 (10 min walk) blocks South of Times Square. Safe, easy to maneuver around. We came for the Opera, Musicals, site seeing and New Years Eve. New Years Eve, no hassles with the hotel. Even though there was a line to get into the hotel for the New Year's Eve rooftop festivities, all we had to do was flash our room key and we were whisked away like royalty to our rooms. Even though the hotel gave fair warning about the elevators may have a delay due to New Year's Eve guests getting in and out of the hotel...we were taken to the service elevators by the "men in black (seriously, the security guards for the hotel that evening). IT WAS AWESOME!!! Food at the hotel was awesome! Eddie (xoxo) took care of us as well as the staff. Rooms were unique, clean, comfortable and cozy. I have never seen a "stash" room (get your own extra pillows, etc.), but we were in it a lot! Thank you!!!…

I usually stay here when I travel for work. Great location to restaurants, Central Park, and MSG! Staff is always so helpful and friendly. If you're looking for a fun hotel that's aesthetic but won't break the bank, this is the one for ya!
