Good hotel. Very clean rooms, nice and helpful stuff, location great for all parts of Manhattan. About 20-30 min walk to central park, same to Greenwich village. For price we paid (360 for 2 nights) it was the best! Nice rooftop bar. Lots of places around

Great hotel! Clean, convenient and great service! Check in was was quick and pleasant! Room was decorated very nice, lots of towels, wine glasses (no plastic cups) roof top bar, was really cool way to spend the evening! Great location, restaurants, shopping, walking distance to alot of sites. Felt safe and wasn't noisy for sleeping! Would suggest to anyone and...

I stayed at this property for a weekend seminar. I found the hotel and the staff to be very satisfactory. The room size was what I would expect for NYC and the staff were really quite nice. They are, after all, New Yorkers! But no one was rude and I was especially appreciative of the housekeeping staff who retrieved and...

Stayed there w/friends for birthday celebrations. Thought it would be cooler than it was. Kind of in the middle of no where. Rooms were clean, beds comfy. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The "rooftop" bar was just not cuttin it.

Fun design, room is small-ish, like most hotel rooms in the city. But not too small, plenty of space for two. I do agree with other reviewers that this would be a poor value for over $500, but I believe that is above the average rate. Hopefully that is only for very high occupancy periods. I stayed using Priority Club...

This hotel seems to have vastly differing prices. I got it for $130/night, I've seen it well over $500 for the same room. Overall, this might be my favorite budget hotel in new york. It's very hip (some of the murals trying to be a little too hip), spotlessly clean, hardwood floors throughout. They have free internet in the business...

This hotel is in an area that is close to everything by subway, cab, or just walking. We appreciated how quiet this our room was (except one day when they were jack hammering next door on a new hotel being built). The rooms were nice and clean and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. The rooms are a small,...

Currently staying in a 2 x double bed room here which is way too small for 4 people & very poor value at $509 per night. Stayed in bigger, nicer, cheaper rooms in NYC. Staff unhelpful, refusing to warm bottles of milk for my baby. Breakfast was expensive & barely edible. Guy.on reception wouldn't communicate with my & initially wouldn't...

Overall a great experience. Room had modern decor (with interesting mural), nice bathroom, comfortable bed, and very little street noise (we were on the eigth floor). The room was a little on the smaller side, but when we registered and the front desk saw the size of our dogs, they put us in one of the back rooms, which were...

The hotel is located in a great location, near metro stops and plenty to see. The Chelsea neighborhood was buzzing and we never lacked for things to do. The area was safe and even late at night, there were plenty of people and cars around. The staff was nice, although interactions were limited. The room was small but not too...
