The 31 offers a variety of types of rooms an situations for all travelers. We chose a room with 2 beds and private bath. Small but efficient and clean, close to everything and helpful front desk people made this a great stay.
Nice building typically new York but that is it some rooms don't have there own bathroom decor is ok good for short trip basic staff do not answer emails staff friendly located in the middle of new York very easy to get to places
