This was our 8th time too Manhattan and we have never had a hotel/apartment like this, the location first of all is second too none, far enough away from Times Square that it's quiet, yet in the middle of Hell's Kitchen with food at every corner and then some... The hotel room itself if amazing so spacious and with plenty...

We loved this hotel. It's quaint and pretty and the location is superb. Times Square at the end of the street. All the restaurants you could possibly want or need in the same street. The staff at this establishment were extremely helpful and lovely (especially Monica on the reception desk). I dropped my bags off at 9am to go off...

Enjoyed our stay at the FQ hotel. Staff were friendly, helpful & professional. Room, although small, had everything possible available, including a refridgerator (stocked with a few complimentary beverages) & even a cooktop. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in! Our room overlooking the courtyard (midweek) was very quiet. Proximity to Times Square &...

My mother and I stayed here for two nights at the end of September. When we arrived, we immediately loved the location and the curb appeal of this adorable apartment-style hotel. I was a little nervous about not staying in a well known establishment, but The French Quarters was better than I could've ever imagined. We stayed on the 1st...

I stayed here (sep 2014) and I was extremely happy with my stay. The place is nestled conveniently in restaurant row and is books away from Times Square, broadway, Central Park, and the high line. The place was very clean and new. They offered a Keurig in the room along with a nice continental breakfast in their downstairs restaurant which...

I'm ashamed to admit that I was a little nervous that the hotel did not exist because no one had heard of it, but rest assured, it is real! It is literally a block west of the theater district and a block and a half from Times Square. The street has a lot of restaurants and bars for the crowd...

Charming boutique style hotel a few blocks away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square. Fantastic location within walking distance to all main attractions in NYC. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel to stay to make your trip even more special and something to remember - if you like something a bit different, chic, and individual then this is the...

We have stayed 2 nights at double bedroom suite, no 501, which has a terrace, sunny before noon. The apartment has a coffee maker so we could enjoy morning coffee in the September sun. There are plenty restaurants outside and the location is perfect if you want to go to Broadway show. Walking distance to majority of theatres. The breakfast...

This hotel was an amazing find. The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. I only missed having a reading lamp. I loved the location because we could walk to the theater, Times Square, excellent restaurants, public transportation.... The manager was very friendly and sincerely seemed to care about what was going on, and how the guests were doing. He...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
