This little place is a gem.....in Chelsea...close to the subway and Empire State Building..Staff are friendly...breakfast is a healthy change every day...rooms are clean and comfy...Absolutely good value for money....

You could take the PATH train which runs along 23rd over to NJ. However, if it's really early and you want to make sure you get there, I'd use a car service, like Carmel.
