Staff was friendly, very helpful and attentive. Room was nice. Same quality as most Hamptons. Location was good. Rooms were unique same as hotel. Everyone was friendly, asking what they can help you with.

Hotel's price were reasonable and location was excellent base to explore Time Square area. There were lots of nice little restaurants with excellent food and fair price around the hotel. However, this is the hotel for a quiet romantic getaway. The surrounding area was sketchy at best and was in renovation mode. Construction noise started at 7 AM and would...

Stayed at this hotel recently. Staff is excellent at the front desk, in the breakfast room, and house keeping! The rooms are clean, modern, and good size-I take a King room and it is great for a business trip.

We literally booked this hotel about 2 hours prior to our arrival. We live in Long Island but were coming into the city for a party and didn't want to drive back home. We booked directly through Hilton and got a great rate. The lobby was clean and the employees were friendly. I didn't receive my free beverages and snack...

This is a Hampton Inn that offers a really great value - it exceeded my expectations considering it is a basic hotel. I appreciate a clean room, friendly and attentive staff! I highly recommend for tourists or those wanting to stay close enough to Times Square without the noise or the bustle. Hot breakfast was really busy but always stocked...

The location is a very short walk to Times Square, but off the beaten path enough that it is quiet. Rooms are small and basic, but immaculately clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is a huge perk in a pricey city.

Good hotel with comfortable beds. We found our room to be in a quiet location. Good location for us to walk to shows as well as Madison Square Gardens. Also close to 9th for good restaurant options. We found the value to be very good for New York.

The hotel is located in a great place in order to get to wherever you are going with the taxi, bus and subway systems very close. The price was more than reasonable for the location and amenities offered.

Hampton Inn was great. Only issue was elevator was too busy. Had to wait to catch the elevator with luggage which was too much to take stairs. Breakfast was excellent. Room was neat and clean. Cleaning was late in the day.

When a snow storm grounded us for an extra 2 days our other Hampton Inn Thestre District was full. We moved here as our only option. It is a small sized, older hotel. Only six small rooms per floor with about a 3' wide hallway. Cramped feeling as soon as you step off the elevator makes an awkward lobby. Narrow...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
