The price is right. But you get what you pay for. Lack of hot water. Also AC didn't function properly. So I guess I get what you pay for? Wouldn't stay here again better options in midtown. Staff was slow to respond to requests at best.

My kids wanted to see real NY manors - well they were really nice here so they were bummed. Great location 5 minute walk from Times Square. Rooms small but nice. Breakfast good - fruit and coffee always out. The staff - top rate. I'lll be back when in NYC.

There is air in the pipes on the 15th floor. DO NOT STAY IN THESE ROOMS. Unless you like to be awoken at 6:30 AM by screeching pipes that sound like an air raid alarm or a fire alarm. The staff said that they knew it was a problem.

I like the location of this hotel; convenient to the client office I visit. The best part of this hotel? The Staff! They let me do my thing but they find small ways ensure I am well cared for on each visit. Great service; always pleased when I depart!

This hotel is in the heart of everything, but just far enough removed to be a little quieter at night. One way in a few steps in Time Square, other way to Hells Kitchen and easily accessible to all the things you would like to see. My family had a great experience and enjoyed our stay!

Great trip and a chance to visit with family & friends. Close proximity to Times Square made it easy to go to shows on broadway. The Breakfast area was a bit crowded at times as the area is not large enough to accomodate the occupancy.

Unfortunately not great. I guess for the price you get what you pay for. I got a handicapped room which I hate and I wasn't told it was handicapped when I checked in. Had already unpacked and waited 20 minutes for elevator so couldn't be bothered going back down. Room smeeled like fabreeze and when lesving next day waited more...

Excellent facility...helpful, knowledgeable staff!!! Great location...can walk just about anywhere pretty quickly!!! Elevators took forever to get to the 30th floor, and we'd stop to pick up people wanting to go down when we were going up. Made getting to and from the room a little bit of a challenge at times. But if that's my biggest complaint, we are...

This was the best hotel staff I think I have ever encountered. That says a lot, considering it's in NYC. The hotel was full, but other than a little bit of a wait for the elevators during peak times, you would never have known it. The location is awesome, the room was clean and updated, and we received free internet,...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
