Our room on the 8th floor was cozy and clean, and the decor was great. The colors, curtains, high ceilings, and bed/furnishings added up to a great looking place. There isn't a lot of storage so if you are staying several days, you may want to plan on just a few hangers in an armoire. Perhaps other rooms have more...

I enjoyed staying at this small friendly hotel near Madison Square. The limited number of bedrooms mean that there is a more personal feel. The rooms have some cool gadgets such as electric curtains and a tv in mirror in bathroom if you are into that! We had a corner room with two double beds in. One of the largest...

The first thing I noticed when we arrived was that there was a wedding celebration happening in the restaurant and the penthouse bar. So, the food I had pick out from the website menu was not going to happen and either was that drink in the penthouse. Our room was very small with no dresser to unpack into. Instead there...

I don't think I have ever read so many confusing reviews about a property...I was very worried about my booking this hotel...but since I had pre-paid..I felt I had no choice but to keep the reservation...so this is my experience...luckily I got a 7th floor room...great shower..robes as nice as a Ritz-Carlton..carpet in good condition..TV was also fine..beds comfortable..rooms cleaned...

Beautiful hotel Good location Nice room, in fact not as tiny as some Manhattan hotel rooms Attentive staff However... My #1 issue with this hotel is, the clunky in-room WiFi is probably the worst I have ever experienced My 2nd issue is, there are LOUD private parties in the lobby bar nearly every night (additionally, they promote the Toshi Lounge...

As others have said ,the hotel is in quite a good position on 26 th with a dozen decent restuarants nearby and the hotel has a band playing loudly in what , I suppose was once a dining room and bar ,and is now a bar for the twenty year olds with some snack type food . There is a...

This hotel is really noisy, they seem to be more interested in parties every night on the ground floor and on the 10th floor penthouse. Combine that with single glazed windows, it makes for a very noisy night. One thing I would say is that the rooms are comfortable and the staff very friendly but that just doesn't make up...

Due to problems with booking agency Booking.com we found ourselves in a one(i) bed unit. This was a result of this company stuffing up. Night one consisted of some sheets and some pillows and one of us sleeping on the floor. The clerk who booked us in made very little attempt to accomodate our needs. On the morning of day...

The Flatiron Hotel was just awesome! Right in the middle of everything and close to several subway entrances, the location was just perfect for a NYC first-timer trying to figure out where everything is! The staff were VERY obliging and VERY friendly! Leo and Alex are the best doormen I've ever encountered; always helping my mom with anything she needed...
