Was expecting a different hotel originally booked for a Morgan group property. Was expecting to be disappointed but was really pleasantly surprised. Everything was great - location, decor, restaurant, the room, the view, the staff. Early morning coffee available in lovely foyer room; my friend who was celebrating her birthday on her 1st trip to NYC could sit out on...

Found this hotel when my usual spot was booked. I love being in SoHo/Tribeca when I visit the city, and the NoMo was in a great location, away from the bustle and noise, yet walking distance to shopping and restaurants. That being said, it was my first stay here. I was apprehensive, and then, pleasantly surprised. The Crosby Street entrance...

Stayed here my with my date and a VIP music artist and was expecting much more. The rooms are bigger than most NYC hotels but immediately I noticed how dark the place was. The hallways, elevators, everywhere was just dark. Felt like getting a flashlight just to navigate the hallways. And after a night of partying, trying to see your...

Many thanks to other reviewers who provided helpful tips, including reception location on the second level. When arriving after midnight, that is useful, particularly as signage is not clear. The bed was very comfortable, and the views are fantastic, especially from a higher floor. The room size is good. The room was clean, with the exception of the carpet, which...

I researched New York hotels for an age and thought I'd made a good choice but sadly was left very disappointed. The standard room was super tiny. It was my boyfriends birthday and my agent had told the hotel in the hope for an upgrade but nothing was mentioned. It was quiet on the 15th floor with a good view....

We were looking forward to staying here, but were very underwhelmed with our stay. The Wi-Fi in the rooms were terrible and despite raising this with reception nothing was done and our first room didn't have an iPod dock. The first night our air-conditioning unit broke leaving us to wake up early in the morning in sweltering heat until we...

We stayed here for a long weekend visiting our daughter. Loved this place. Very clean, employees very helpful and friendly. Very close to a lot of things like Little Italy and Chinatown. I loved the ambiance, especially the scents throughout. Great view and given a complementary upgrade. Definitely recommend this wonderful hotel. The Deans from Minnesota

On arrival, I agree with the other reviews. However, good news, it got better. We had a great room on Level 20 with a fine Manhattan view. It was serviced impeccably each day with quality bed linen and towels. Airconditioning didn't work properly so had to keep window open and that meant noise. Staff are very polite but inexperienced. We arrived at the Nomo Soho the very day that the sale took place from the Mondrian. It was a disaster, no keys worked for a full day and guests had to be escorted to their rooms by security. Staying in SoHo

Neighbourhood Profile
SoHo
Once the artistic hub of New York City, SoHo (South of Houston) is now one of the premiere shopping destinations in the world. Housing everything from the most popular luxury brands to swank boutiques you won’t find anywhere else, this is a sophisticated shopper’s dream come true. Broadway teems with big-name stores and people during the day, while Prince and Spring Streets are the other main drags to explore by foot. Take a detour down the quieter side streets to see the real star of the district –majestic cast-iron architecture everywhere you look. What were once warehouses and art studios are now meticulously restored loft buildings favored by many of New York’s celebrities, making SoHo one of the trendiest addresses in the city. The pretty streets of Nolita (North of Little Italy) offer a more sedate vibe, with plenty of tiny boutiques and hip restaurants to seek out.
