The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Staff friendly. Rooms are cozy and beautiful. City view. On Day 2 were two large towels instead of four. However, this was not a problem. I'm glad I stopped just in DoubleTree by Hilton New York City - Financial District.

As a Double tree this is not one of the better ones, its ok and the staff are great but it has some problems. The main on is the elevators, if you are a tourist and have lots of time then this may not effect you. The average wait for an elevator in the morning and around 5pm in the...

A very convenient property if you're working in the financial district where there are few alternatives. Clean and well appointed rooms, staff who understand business guests, and laundry service that treats your dress shirts with care. In the morning the elevators are operated by staff members so that after three or four stops they are run as express cars to...

I stayed for only 2 nights but the room was very clean and the floor was quiet. I was greeted by the bell hops going and coming and they were very knowledgeable. The one thing I liked most was how welcomed front desk agent Charnise made me feel checking in and out. Her smile was warm and the cookies hit...

Things that went wrong: Towel had mould/stains on it, tap kept turning itself off, leftovers from room service next door was sitting in front of my door for most of the day, asked for bottled water, although they gave it to me but told me it's supposed to be only provided on the first day of stay, but not subsequent...

We stayed 3 nights on a mini getway. Staff was very friendly. The doorman even remembered us each time we saw him. Rooms are small but very clean & nice. Loved staying in financial district. Alot to see. Quieter in the evenings & just a short subway ride to the heart of the city. Loved the free warm cookies at...

Great staff and very attentive. Nice location at far south end of nyc. Rooms are a bit cramped and the elevators are few and slow, so leave plenty of time if you end up on a high floor. Very clean rooms, great quality, comfort and decor. Reasonable pricing.

Spent four nights there on a business trip. My room was small, but clean and well presented, with a very comfortable king size bed and an amazing view. The neighbourhood is interesting with Wall Street and Battery Park very close. The breakfast in the hotel was disappointing, with limited choice and a poor display. The elevator provision was my main...

We stayed here for our very first time in NYC, we paid $220.00 per night. Well worth the price. The financial district is quiet and easy to get around. We used subways to get from Times Square, Central Park and all the other attractions. I would definitely recommend this hotel
