The rooms were good enough, although the aircon/heater blows directly into your bed/face as you sleep -- I had to cover it with a blanket. The staff while there was quite friendly. However, I went on a business trip, asked if they could put both my wife and my name on the receipt, forgot to ask for one on the...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

I stay at the Aloft Harlem at least once a month while in NYC on business. I never did enjoy the high end hotel experience with vast marble lobbies and $25 breakfast, but this is more like a home away from home. There are snacks available in the lobby, drinks in the bar, clean and bright rooms with plenty of...

Fast free WiFi, close access to subway, elevated price, however safe and well located, friendly staff. Some breakfast included, however recommendable to seek bakeries nearby, e.g. Patisserie des Ambassades

The staff at Aloft Harlem were super friendly and welcoming. Right from the time i stepped in to the hotel i knew i was going to enjoy my stay from the reception i received. And whenever i needed help, they would always show up in time every time i called for their help.

Spent a few days here on business and this is my first time staying here. The hotel is very nice, friendly staff. There's a fridge in the rooms which I really like. The bed is very comfy. The neighborhood is full of great restaurants and shopping all walking distance. There is valet parking (the garage is down the street). Breakfast...

I had to stay here last night for business purposes and I'd never stay here again. First of all it was hot in the room I could not control the thermostat at ALL and the bed was uncomfortable. Also I don't know what they use in the shower but that is NOT tile and I recall mold. I'm a germaphobe...

Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience at the Aloft Harlem with us. As a valued customer, I was disappointed to hear about your experience. With aspiration to always exceed guest expectations, we have unfortunately fallen short of this goal during your recent stay. The hotel is staffed with engineers and housekeeping staff to quickly remedy...

I stayed at the Aloft Harlem for a week on a business trip and it was great. The front desk was nice, the room was cozy, and the area is safe. You would think Harlem would be dangerous but it really turned around with the recent gentrification. I even went to a pretty good Italian restaurant on Frederik and 119...

This hotel was a great location for a conference at Columbia. The room was a good size, had everything I needed, and the free water and in-room coffeemaker were helpful. The lobby bar and little food mart were great. The staff was helpful and friendly.

I am not completely sold on this location! No bellhop, poor signage out front, and a lazy and too small elevator great you before you are barely attended to by the staff! HELLO NYC! Not my choice of hotels, but it in located in historic harlem and has it's charms (im still waiting). The historic Apollo theater is around the...
