this is definitely a hotel worth returning to. I stayed for three days before going somewhere else, but the pearl is amazing; starting with the nice facilities and friendly/pleasant staff, plus it's in a very strategic location.

We could not have been more pleased with the service, quality of the facility and perfect location. We would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone coming into NY for theatre or business. During our stay one of our friends had a relative pass away and the hotel could not have been more accommodating. The staff were willing to easily negotiate...

Me and my 18 year old daughter stayed 2 nights at the Pearl. Location was perfect as we were just in town to catch a couple shows. Staff was very pleasant. I appreciated being greeted by the doorman with each entrance and exit, always offering to assist us. The bathroom was well equipped with quality bath products

Here are my pros and cons of the Pearl: Pros: - If you like Times Square, this is STEPS away from it all. This is not my favorite part of the city, but our kids wanted this location and loved it. - Our room (707) was very clean and quiet - and fairly BIG for NYC. - The staff was...

We had to limit ourselves to one night but the staff made the hotel available to us beyond the check in and check out times by getting us into our room, storing our luggage, and allowing us to recoup in the lounge area. The room has a bedroom and living room which is perfect when travelling with kids. I slept...

we stayed here to access threatreland, and to allow a good starting point to a variety of other destinations via taxi or subway. Subway access for North and south is great with 49th Street a minute walk away. The staff here are all excellent. The room on the 14th floor (with microwave and fridge) was great, although I would have...

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights in April 2017. On arrival our room was not ready (this was expected as we had arrived before 4pm when check in was advertised). We were given the option to upgrade our room which we did - it was a pretty big room with a queen sized bed and over looked...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
