The Row NYC was a perfect location, we attended a Broadway show and it was right around corner. The hotel was very busy when we arrived but checkin only took minutes. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was very modern and updated. Rooms a bit small but do request a high floor so you don't hear the noise on the...

Service was fantastic. Was served by a front desk associate named Robert who went above and beyond what we expected. Made the start of our holiday all we had wished for. Courteous, approachable and gave us a warm welcome back after our holiday here last year. Would highly recommend.

I stayed 5 nights in this hotel. It's fine. Room was clean and quiet enough. Close to theaters, good dinning choices and a Time Square, if you're interested. The bell staff was excellent but sadly it was the only part of the staff that reached that level of customer service. Not that the rest weren't competent, just a bit aloof,...

Bathroom had peeling bubbled paint on ceiling. Shower spewed water at top into ventilator. There was no blanket or comforter on bed. Cleanliness overall (inadequate vacuuming) not good. Chaos trying to get in. Otherwise, good

Have a drink at the bar and morning breakfast at the same bar! That is the best part about hotel other than the good price. I also like the hotel snack/gift shop. The rooms are small and kind of cheaply put together, reminds me of a small college dorm room.

A nice place. But don't expect elevators to come on time. Rooms are suitable. But watch the maids they try to clean your room when you aren't even checked out and won't let you in. Put sign on your door

The service here was great! To start off, we left behind a silly portrait of ourselves in our room. It meant a lot to us because we got the portrait done right before I proposed to my now fiancè. After arriving back in Texas we thought for sure it was lost. ENRIQUE with security/lost and found was a HUGE help...

In NYC for a quick 5 day vacation and happened upon the Row NYC. The price per night is unbelievably good for the location of the hotel, which is located at 42nd Street and 8th Avenue. Recently renovated, this used to be the Milford Plaza Hotel. You are surrounded by Broadway theaters and Times Square is a block away. To...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
