I stayed here for 2 nights during my recent trip to NY. The location is fantastic. Right around the corner from Time Warner Shopping mall and a 2-3 minute walk from Central Park... awesome! When I checked in, the staff were amazingly friendly and the guy who checked me in (Zack I think his name was) was really helpful and...

My husband and I booked this hotel through a Priceline deal where we did not know the name of the hotel prior to booking, but we were quite pleased with the Hudson when we arrived! It's in a fantastic location just off Columbus Circle. It's a very beautifully done place, dark and trendy inside the lobby, with ivy covering the...

One insider tip, we actually have rooms available without the "peek-a-boo" feature so feel free to request this when you stay again. And I must agree, you cannot beat the sunset...

This hotel is very good located near Central Park. When you enter the hotel their is a very nice lobbey but when you enter the room it is very small. The toilet is very very small and it's just a glass between the room and the shower so it is best that you know eachother. The staff whas nice and...

I stayed at the Hudson on a recent business trip to NY. Rooms are very small - it was difficult to sit at the small desk as the chair almost touched the bed. The room was also very dusty. WiFi was slow. Biggest problem was noise from the bar, making sleep very difficult. Sensational value for money for New York...

Well...of course, it's a great location. Loved being near the Whole Foods at Columbus Circle and all the great shopping in the area. The hotel room was the smallest I have ever seen. But, it was workable and well appointed. My only issue was the noise. I was on the 14th floor and got a lot of evening noise from...

I stayed here for a couple of nights on my own. Whilst the rooms are really quite small they are very well laid out maximizing use of space. The design is contemporary, very pleasant. The bed is great and so is the shower. The corridors feel a bit cold and deserted but the lobby is very cool. The bar is...

Am used to staying in Hilton's and Marriotts for the points and will continue to do but on a lark bid on a hotel (without knowing what I would get:Priceline). Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
