I picked this place because of the reviews but ended up quite disappointed. People raved about the location but upon further research it would have been better to choose Jazz on Columbus Circle I felt. Jazz on the park while directly opposite central park stemmed to be on the opposite end of the action in a high residential area. Staff...

This hostel is in a great location just a stones throw west of Central Park. It is also 2 blocks away from a main line underground so it is quick enough to be in the heart of NYC. The hostel itself is clean and well presented and the staff were always friendly and helpful! The only downside if you are...

I travelled to the US alone and made a long stop in NYC. This hostel was the best hostel I stayed in out of the others. I had an amazing time. What made it extra amazing was Alex on reception. He's a super cool guy who knows the best places in NYC. We got treated like VIP's in a skybar...

At the end of a two-month trip around the world, NYC & Jazz on the Park was my final stop. I took full advantage of the whole building from the basement to the roof top. All I can say is that the staff are beautiful and friendly (Namely; Robyn & Jennifer), and is ideal for first time NYC visitors.

I really recommend this hostel since it´ s situated in the big apple. It´s near 3 metro stations and very close to the museums. what i did not like so much were the tiny showers and the bathrooms, and the fact there are no lifts. It´s imposible for me to carry my huge suitcase.

I was there like 2 years ago and I was impressed easy breakfast there, especially the living room where everyone can get to know others. It's a good hostel where you just take a walk like 5 mins or less to the nearest subway.
