The Arlo is very conveniently located- the subway, Penn Station and the bus station are all just a short walk away. The front desk staff, particularly Alex, are so friendly and helpful and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The bed was one of the best hotel beds I have ever experienced. Highly recommend!

Upon arrival to this beautiful hotel we were welcomed by amazing staff Aaron and Arthur. The hotel is so pleasant and extremely clean with a great modern twist. The hospitality of Arthur and Aaron are above and beyond from the minute we entered the hotel lobby. They met and exceeded my expectations from the moment we arrived to this hotel. All respect for these guys at the reception , they are doing an amazing job here , a true sample of hospitality. Will definitely write another review for the hotel , since we just checked in, but definitely wanted to give my highest thanks to these guys after my warmest welcome here ! Excellent hotel with the amazing staff!

My sister and I are doing our very first girls trip together and we decided to start with New York. This is our first stay at an Arlo hotel. I am beyond impressed with the warm welcome that we were greeted with upon our arrival at the hotel today. I would like to give a huge shout-out to the sweet Yajaira and Musa for their amazing guest service and friendliness! We arrived a little earlier than our check-in time and Yajaira was very helpful and was able to get us into a room an hour earlier! This was a great way to start our first time in New York. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and super chic with amazing views of New York City. I am so pleased and would highly recommend Arlo Midtown to anyone who is wanting a beautiful hotel for their stay in Manhattan. me and my group of friends enjoyed the stay at Arlo in Midtown. The rooms are clean, freshly washed towels in bed sheets on a daily. Alex Angie was able to log us in and check us out and it was the best. they are able to hold your box which is very convenient and early checkout is almost always possible which is great. Hotel sand is very nice and pleasant, has restaurants and coffee shop at the bottom where they have best bagels 😋

Very modern and classical styled hotel. In parts purified Bauhaus-Style, which I appreciated as a Berliner a lot! A kind and sophisticated team. Nice breakfast variants and tables with linen and fine porcelain. Cosy lobby and a very functional and well styled fitness-center in the mid of Manhattan

My girlfriend and I stayed here for one night to see Phantom of the Opera and this hotel is stunning! High attention to detail and everything is carefully thought out. The common spaces are warm and bright even including a fireplace. I’d like to shoutout Alex at check-in for taking care of us and for his humor. I highly recommend Arlo Midtown for any of your NYC trip stays!

We got so lucky finding this hotel. Perfectly situated to attractions both North and South. Very clean. Bed comfortable and staff was fantastic! Shout out to Sidney, Musa and Luis. Went out of their way to be helpful! We felt very safe in this location.

I visited NYC for 10 days in Feb of 2022, knowing nothing about the Arlo Midtown or its unbelievable team. During my first stay, I felt very welcomed as a solo traveler, and was addressed warmly each and every time I crossed reception area. I loved my stay so much, I booked 14 days with them again this year! I was delighted and happy to be greeted by Alex and Dino, who both remembered me from last year--they even remembered to call me by my nickname Felix! I was also greeted by Angelina and Raviola who I was meeting for the first time. No matter how nice a venue is, you cannot underestimate the value and impact of an engaged team all working toward helping your stay be worry-free. Traveling can be stressful--your stay shouldn't be. Today, my 7th day in, I had a great short conversation with Dino, Sidney, and Musa about today's NYC weather compared to Niagara Falls yesterday, -8 C and with wind chill -20 C. While waiting for my mocha, I had the chance to meet Emanuel and Godfrey as we chatted about the differences between New Yorkers and Californians. But, you should experience the incredible team for yourself and book your stay here at the Arlo Midtown! Selling Points (as someone who walks 8-10 miles a day): Times Square, the theater district, 3 movie theaters, the MoMA, NY Public Library, Empire State Building, Port Authority Bus Terminal, the Vessel, and hundreds of restaurants are all close by, and Subway access is just a few blocks away. And of course, there is the Arlo Midtown itself--I'll let the photos of my room and the view outside my window speak for themselves.…
