Towering 42 stories over Chelsea, our hotel is two blocks from Madison Square Park and the Flatiron Building. We're about a mile from The High Line, Chelsea Market, Times Square, and Greenwich Village. Dozens of unique eateries, bars, museums, and shops are also a short walk from our doors. Or unwind with a drink and bite to eat at our bar and restaurant.
I loved the hotel and service. It’s clean, in a great location and if you can get a high room, spectacular views. Rooms are small but well appointed and comfy. I’ll be staying here again. I recommend this hotel.
We recently chose Motto for an overnight in NYC and were so glad we did. Our stay started off with a warm and friendly greeting from the staff at the front desk. Check in was easy and efficient. We found our room to be clean and comfortable- brand new! Quite beautiful. The view from our room as the sun was setting was spectacular! After an evening at the theatre ( highly recommend The Music Man!), the bar was open for a night cap. Breakfast was fresh and delicious served by more friendly staff. Our overall experience was exceptional! We’ll be back
This was the cleanest place and had the nicest staff! Even though our room was small, the layout made it feel bigger than it was. Decor was great. Highly recommend! The vibe is young adults/teens and older, not so much for little kids. Favorite hotel in NY.
Traveled here for work and loved it so much. A truly enjoyable stay. The view was amazing, the bed was super comfortable, the pillows were so soft. Cannot recommend it enough! Food in the restaurant was great too.
The room is clean and has a great view. It’s compact but has everything you need, at a great location in the city! But the best part of the experience is the amazing staff here - Alex, Yasmin, Maruissa, Edgar, and Kyalin were very welcoming and splendid in their service. They really made me feel welcomed and Motto would definitely be my first choice coming back to the city next time!
We’ve stayed at a few hotels in NYC and I would have to say this is hands down our favorite and we will probably make this our go-to when staying in NY now. Yasmin at the front desk was absolutley phenomenal and provided us with the best service. She made our stay here absolutley perfect and I can’t thank her enough for how easy she made it for us to check in and get situated after we had a rough journey. The hotel has the perfect size rooms and the views are unbelievable. It’s in the perfect location and one block away from the subway, also very quiet inside and outside which lets you get all the sleep you need.
Hotel was perfectly located to explore New York City. Room (2906) had amazing view of Manhattan Skyline … sunsets were sensational. Room was very comfortable and clean, bed was great. Staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Kyalin. Located near Subway stations and quiet at night. Highly Recommended.
Wow! We stayed on the 42nd floor and what a view!!! The beds were the most comfortable ever. I slept late the first morning and I never do that. We had plenty of room to stretch out. Check in and check out was a breeze and “Z” at the desk was amazing! I will definitely stay here again.
Amazing service! Front desk were the best I have ever seen, from Yasmin to everyone else. Rooms are well appointed, bunks were fun comfortable ! The restaurant was excellent! We wish we had eaten there more
This was our first visit to the Motto, and we look forward to returning again soon. It is a very stylish hotel in a great location, at a reasonable cost. The Motto has modern elegance and first-rate service. The star of the show, from a service standpoint, is Yasmin at the front desk. From the moment I first made contact with her via Chat, to our meeting at check-in, to contact throughout our stay and finally at check-out, she was an enthusiastic, welcoming presence and a real asset to Hilton and this particular hotel. I can't help but marvel at her friendliness and professionalism in the midst of a huge city and a hotel with 400 rooms. The rooms are stylish and the views are remarkable -- unobstructed, looking downtown from 24th Street. The lounge was fun and friendly. We have to return!…
