From the moment I walked in until the day I had to leave: outstanding. This hotel is in another league. Great location, very comfortable rooms with separate small room with writing desk and couch.Great food. But this goes for many hotels. What made the NoMad such a splendid experience is the service it provides. The people at the reception desk,... More

I stayed at the Nomad over Columbus day weekend for four nights. I really loved it. The hotel was unique and I felt really comfortable and secure being there. The whole Hotel has dimmed lights, which I really liked, as it created a warm and cozy atmosphere. The rooms were very spacious for Manhattan. Our room was really quiet so... More

Beautiful hotel in the middle of all the action in Manhattan leaves us feeling cold and ultimately unimpressed. The hotel is dark, and I mean bat cave dark. You literally have to let your eyes adjust when you walk in during the day. Rooms are big and have some great touches but ultimately the hotel misses too many details and... More

This Parisian hotel is very elegant and classic. Every little detail, it seams, was well thought out.. from the copper door knobs, tall and heavy wood doors, high ceilings, walk in European style showers and vintage leather sofas/chairs. The bed is really comfortable and clean. Breakfast staff are nice. Within walking distance to the 5th avenue, and a subway stop... More

Artsy hotel with the coolest atmosphere ever! The bar and library are insane! Thanks to the great concierge service we were able to dine in the renowned restaurant by chef Daniel Humm which was fantastic! The library is like the hotel guests own private club which i loved and i did feel very special.

I absolutely love the NoMad Hotel. It is my first choice whenever I am going to NYC. The service is always outstanding. The restaurant is fantastic and the Library Bar is one of my favorite places (only hotel guests can go there). Rooms are fantastic and the beds are extremely comfy. I would highly recommend a night or two at... More

I love this hotel. Whenever we travel back to the city, we stay here; always in an Atelier room (love the velvet wall!). Service is impeccable, food is delicious, room is gorgeous (and a good size for NYC) and amenities are wonderful. Definitely, check out the bars - they are some of our favs! Especially the late night menu in... More

From the moment we walked thru the doors until they called our car for the airport, we felt welcomed and appreciated. Service at the concierge was exceptional as well as in the bar. Our room was perfect, the bed was comfortable and the bedding was just what I would expect from a hotel of this caliber. It has its own... More

The NoMad Hotel is housed in a turn of the century Beaux-Arts building that has been fully restored to its original grandeur with interiors by French designer Jacques Garcia. The hotel is intended as a fresh take on the classic grand hotels of Europe with a distinct New York sensibility. The design of the hotel was inspired by the Parisian flat of Garcia’s youth. The 168 rooms are residential in feel and decorated in his classic, timeless style. Each room is appointed with hand-selected, richly textured custom-designed furnishings and original artwork. The soaring ceilings throughout the public spaces provide a fine gathering place to enjoy dining, drinking and socializing. ... more   less
