This place is nothing fancy, but is in a great location in Chinatown and the subway is 100 yards from the front door. Clearly a 2 star property in terms of services (of lack there of). However, room was very clean, the 1 person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, and all of the fixtures were in...

We got this place for $130 a night through quikbook. What a smoking hot deal!!! We figured we saved enough to buy an extra 7 pairs of shoes. My daughter and I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. Like the others have said before, the location is great. We were steps away from the Grand Street metro station. After...

The Windsor Hotel is a good place to stay, as long as you accept that it is not exactly what it advertises itself to be. The safes in the room don't work (the kid at the counter offered to hold on to my valuables. Thanks but no thanks) and the wireless was down, but the hotel is clean, you don't...

well i read some of the reviews on here and nearly didnt stay here, what a mistake that would have been. If you want a luxurios hotel, bedroom and bathroom then DONT stay here. If you want a perfectly fine room, for the price, its great. You are in a great area i think, chinatown, little italy, greenwich a bit...

The hotel says that it was completely renovated in late 2009. When we stayed in early 2010, our room was very clean, newly decorated and newly furnished. The common parts of the hotel, even the back stairs, were also clean and newly painted. The rooms are small but excellent value and very well located if you want to be in...

Terrible location, in the Chinatown. Not a very safe area. Expedia had it listed as in SoHo (they have since corrected). The bedroom was small, smelly, had a TV that was at least 20 yrs old. The water in the shower was intermediate at best with no pressure. Towels were not provided in the room. We had to go down...

For $250/night, I expected much better. What was described as a room that would comfortably house three adults was tiny (perhaps 10 by 12) with a twin and a bed described as a full that was actually a twin with six more inches of width meant to hold two adults. The mattresses were rock-hard and stained with what looked like...

Very very bad. Small room, rooms dont open the windows and in rooms are very hot and dirty. The workers do not solve the problems and are bad-mannered. If you have the room of below (down), you listening to the whole world in the street and inside the hotel and not sleeping for the noise.
