Hello Mercedes C Thank you so much for your feedback. Our hotel rooms are on the smaller side, and we're not too afraid to promote that. On the other hand, very happy to hear you got your mirror back. Our room attendants and housekeeping staff are very good about holding onto items left behind by guest. If you ever think...

I needed a safe clean place to stay while getting my son's gear from his college dorm. POD 39 was all that and quiet and comfortable. I was able to connect via wifi to my family and friends and make plans for the next day. I can't thank you enough for being there when I needed you POD 39.

My teenage son and I stayed here for 5 nights over our Spring Break. It was our first time to NYC and The POD39 was an awesome place and location to stay. Our favorite feature of the hotel were the ping pong tables which we utilized as much as possible but obviously the bar scene was packed late Thursday and...

This was my first time at a Pod hotel. The concept is a basic, no-frills, space-saving room for a lower price. It is indeed tiny., you are there to spend a night., it is not a room to hang out in. Bathroom separated only by a sliding door that didn't close all the way. It was clean and had basic...

I spent the worst night of my life in NYC, I knew that the rooms were small and the location of the hotel was very good, but I never imagined that all night was a unbearable noise machines. I could never sleep until 7am ended working the machine that caused the noise. I wait for some response from the manager...

The Pod was a great experience. The (very) compact room did not feel claustrophobic, just cozy and clean. Hint: close the sliding glass door between the washroom and the bed at night if the background fan noise is too loud for you. We enjoyed the friendly, knowledgeable staff on the hotel and concierge desks. A great value venue.

I visited this hotel for 6 nights in October 2015 over half term & on my return dropped the hotel manager my feedback, which was exactly as below, a man called Scott, who did not have the courtesy to reply or acknowledge my feedback, so I hope by posting here the hotel will take seriously constructive feedback on guests experiences,...

Good value for money. Stayed for one night stop-over. The location is excellent, there are many sights, restaurants and shops within 10 minutes walk. The one person room was quite small, but big enough for a suitcase. The room was clean and very quiet. The bed was ok. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The only...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
