Don't take their car service to the airport JFK. Kareem promised me 85$ all included. I asked several times to confirm if it was really 85. At the airport the driver suddenly said it's 95$ plus tax. So we ended up paying 104.50$. Total rip-off!!! With Uber we would have paid 87$.

Hotel's Favourite
This hotel is in an excellent location between 8th and 9th Avenues and we were able to get a king room at a great rate. The rooms have mini-kitchens with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. (We stayed at the Marriott Marquis once, paid a ton more, and the room had nothing, not even a coffee maker!) This Homewood Suites room had great air quality and a fan above the bed. Clean washroom and shower. The hotel offers a breakfast option that I imagine is even better when there isn't a pandemic. Coffee, tea, or hot chocolate is available all day. Also, I really appreciate the self-serve laundry facilities; ALL hotels should offer guests this option. BONUS: You can go to the hotel's wonderful rooftop with your own bevvy at night. What a terrific way to meet new people!

The Homewood team was fantastic and the accommodations for our family were great. The location in Midtown made Times Square and other areas very accessible by foot, and a much welcomed place to relax at the end of a long day. Lizbeth and the team at breakfast were very attentive and friendly. We look forward to staying here again when we return to NYC!

Great hotel, very clean and the breakfast options are lovely. Room was spotless and my daughter says the pullout bed was very comfortable. Our room was quite small, but I feel like that's par for the course in NYC. Had to wait for an elevator sometimes. And not much of a view even from the 22nd floor. When we checked in, the staff member on the desk gave my daughter a Hershey's Bar. I thought this was a lovely welcome to NYC for a 7 year old on her first trip! Very quiet room as well.

The breakfast is fantastic. Room was good size, has a mini kitchen, bed was comfortable and it was clean. No carpet so perfect for people with allergies. The gym was big and airy and had everything i needed. Also a laundry room if u need to catch up on that. I recall reading a post previously about drug users on the street but frankly speaking that is pretty much anywhere in Manhattan right now. And they were really no bother. Such good value. Keep it up Hilton

Loved the stay in this hotel. The location was primo and the staff was really nice. The breakfast was filling with eggs, bagels , sausages and more. I’m really pleased with how clean and neat everything is. Lizbeth and Felix do an amazing job at keeping everything organized and flowing. Loved they care. Shout out to Giovanni that welcomed us. Definitely recommended it.

Homewood Suites is a place I came to love last year during a most trying time of my life. I was going through cancer treatment when I was displaced because of a fire. From the time of my arrival the staff helped me feel everything would be okay. Whatever need I had was addressed. The staff shared smiles and goodwill during every encounter. The breakfast was appreciated be a use if you know anything about chemotherapy it affects what you can and can't eat. The variety of selects provided me with options. The business room allowed me to communicate with my insurance company and I was able to start the reconstruction of my home. I kept locking myself out my room, they kept giving me a key to get back in my room. These are only a few reasons why I will always return to my home without chores. …
