I came to this part of NYC for relaxation and a bit of shopping. The Hilton Garden Inn Tribeca was in the perfect area for me. I was welcomed upon arrival by the friendliest front desk staff that I have met in years of traveling to NYC ! I cannot say enough compliments about them. Great bar & restaurant attached....

We stayed there 7 nights. Room was very nice, with minibar and microwave oven (it's kinda rare in medium priced hotels in NYC). We ordered a king room, that was smaller than we thought. All staff was very helpful and kind - helped us fix the room problem and assisted us when we got no wifi at 1st night (we...

Pleasant stay in a nice area of the city. Quirky shops and restaurants are a 10 to 15 minute walk away, as is Little Italy. Hotel room was surprisingly big for NYC. Front desk staff let us park our stroller downstairs, which was very helpful. Only complaint is that the beds are a bit hard for our tastes. This is...

This was mine and my families 3rd visit to NYC and had previously stayed in Midtown. On this occasion we decided to stay in the Tribeca area. The Hilton Garden Inn was a very good choice. The rooms were clean and up to date. The staff are helpful and friendly. It was situated perfectly for all our needs. Would recommend

I love Tribeca and Soho and this hotel is ideally located to explore the area by foot, by taxi, or by Metro. The bar and restaurant are pleasant and the staff professional. I had a problem on arrival which was resolved.

Every aspect of service was excellent. There was a mix-up about the buffet which was NOT included. The room was fine and the bed was comfortable-could have used an extra blanket. Would stay here again and highly recommend it.

We didn't choose the hotel but after a weekend there we would definitely stay there again. The hotel was clean, comfortable and convenient but the best part was the staff - every person was extremely friendly and helpful.

This hotel made our stay very enjoyable. The staff was very pleasant, and the manager, Mark, was welcoming and very helpful. The restaurant connected to the hotel had really good food. Two subway stations are very close and the Roxy down the street has an excellent brunch buffet. Would definitely recommend staying here.

I was talked in by a phone reservation assistant to stay at this hotel and not book a cheaper hotel if I signed up for the Hilton Honours program. I was guaranteed a rate which was cheaper than the competing hotel. However at check in the hotel manager would not honour the rate and ended up charging me an astronomical...

Valet parking is easy. Wonderful, helpful staff. Great breakfast in the restaurant. Clean hotel. Nice combination of old hotel feel with modern accommodations. Subway stop out front. Make sure you study subway system so you know how to get where you want to go.

Staying in TriBeCa

Neighbourhood Profile
TriBeCa
What’s in a name? In this case it is the unique title of “Triangle Below Canal Street” that became a popular nickname in the 1970s. An attractive neighbourhood filled with handsome lofts on the edge of the Financial District, this lovely slice of Manhattan offers plenty of fine dining experiences and art galleries. Plus, it’s home to the city’s most exciting film event, the Tribeca Film Festival, that takes place here every year. TriBeCa is a great place to take a leisurely stroll before stopping into one of the many local restaurants or bars for a satisfying meal and cocktail. You’ll see families out for an afternoon walk, and don’t be surprised to come up with the occasional celebrity sighting. With such a great vibe, many of the city’s most famous residents call this neighbourhood home.
