Very clean, close to subway and bus stops, terrible shower, noisy furnace - overall I would recommend for price and location and cleanliness. I would return. Close to a Starbucks 🙌 15mins to La Guardia when there is no traffic.

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 23 December 2016

I stayed at this hotel only for one night (December 21, 2016). My rate was $111.00 + tax = $130.87 for the night. The hotel is located in the heart of Chelsea on West 28th Street between 6th Avenue and 7th Avenue. It has 24 floors and 169 guest rooms. I was able to walk to many of the NYC...

I must say, location and hotel wise, this is a good place to stay. BUT THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE. They were rude and impatient when dealing with our reservation. There was also a lack of communication between staff. One staff will tell us something, and the other staff will tell us another, or respond with "I don't know who told...

Attended a Three-day Conference just outside of Manhattan. Needed a location in close proximity. Staying at the Hilton made the travel to and from the event very easy. It was also a plus to find restaurant, and many shopping opportunities in close proximity to the hotel. There also an abundant of transportation choices.

Hotel is very clean and staff was very courteous and nice. I frequently stay in the area because of the close proximity to Penn Station and my office. The gym is not bad for a quick run on the treadmill. Overall, good value!

We stayed at this hotel as this is the one we chose in 2013. Close to MSG which is why we were in NYC both times. We walked practically everywhere. High Line, Chelsea Market, Serendipity, Times Square. Union Square Park, Gramercy Park. Central Park. Had a blast at the St. Patrick's Day Parade, so many people. Will stay here again...

I chose this property because it was one of the least expensive hotels in the Chelsea area. It is still Manhattan, so that means it is still expensive, but not bad for a decent hotel. I had a double room, and there was barely any room to walk around the room. Again, standard for the area, but not for typical...

Best word to use is fine. Rooms were clean but hardly updated. Located in a quiet portion on street but lots of construction in the area so you may want to check if staying during the week. Hilton honors perks were nice.

Great front desk staff in this tired property. Overdue for a total refresh to be honest. Room size is on the larger side for this category of Manhattan Hotel. The Chelsea location is very handy indeed.
