Stayed here for one night for a business event in Times Square. The location of this hotel was convenient to meeting friends and getting to my event via the metro. Room was basic and clean. Staff friendly. Shower dated. Size reasonable for NYC.

My husband and I decided to attend an event at Madison Square Garden last minute. We were able to get a good rate. There was a mix up at check in but the hotel went above and beyond to make it right. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was wonderful. We also really enjoyed the hotel breakfast. We... More

I would highly recommend this for anyone looking for accommodations in NYC. Staff were great and little things made the difference like water in the lobby and fresh cookies in the afternoons. Rooms very clean and came with complimentary internet service.

Our reservation type was miscommunicated by bookng.com, the manager researched our reservation and went above and beyond to right the wrong and make us feel like valued customers. Kudos to the manager for providing us with a positive experience and setting the stage for a great weekend in NYC! We enjoyed the breakfast which was a combination buffet with cook... More

This is the second time I've stayed at this particular location and I can't recommend it enough. The staff is incredibly helpful and the location of the hotel is very convenient. It is only a block or two away from Madison Square Garden/Penn Station and about a 15-20 minute walk to the Empire State Building and Times Square areas.

Had to stay here last minute. The rate was affordable on hotels tonight. There's nothing really wrong with this place, I'd say it's just blah in general. I would definitely go elsewhere if you can find a rate that beats theirs. The gal at the front desk was nice. The room is a decent size for NY and clean, but... More

This hotel is in the floral district flanked by eateries, theater and close to 5th Ave. It's a direct immersion into a fantastic city. The staff are affable and efficient as is the valet service which allows for a seamless transition from car to hotel both arriving and departing. The breakfast was fresh and convenient on a busy morning. A... More

The location of this hotel is very good. Line 1 is literally less than 1 (red) block and Line N (yellow) is one block away. Easy to get to Times Square quick. There is a Starbucks on 27 & 6th very close by (for all you coffee lovers). Hotel amenities are your normal Hilton Garden Inn... I little more for... More

My daughter swam at an NYU invite this weekend. It was about 15 blocks of walking, 14 down Broadway. Many restaurants and stores can be reached by walking or subway if you prefer to save your legs. You can access 6th Ave/Avenue of the Americas about a half block away. If you go north you can have a nice view... More

4 girls touring NYC, this hotel was perfect, very clean, staff was very helpful and the room was a decent size. It was close to the subway so we had quick access to everything. It was nice to get away from the crazy action at Times Square and get to our hotel within minutes.
