What a gorgeous hotel, with superb service even during this coronavirus-impacted time! We just completed a 6 nt stay here, and as a longtime Hyatt customer one starts with high expectations for a Park Hyatt property, but this Park Hyatt exceeded our expectations in every way. To start with our room: a 1 Bedroom Suite that was stunningly designed, luxuriously appointed, and super-spacious. Even a lovely view to Central Park! At the moment meals are room-dining only, but our exceptionally delicious breakfasts were delivered promptly at the scheduled time, with everything hot straight from the kitchen. Requests for extra Nespresso pods - or for that matter extra anything - were immediately fulfilled. The location is brilliant for strolls through Central Pak (at peak blossom bloom during our stay), visits to the Met Museum, Frick Madison, MOMA, 5th Ave., and Times Sq. A very sincere note of thanks to Andrew Lewis, Guest Experience Manager, who made sure our every need was taken care of! The Park Hyatt NY is now our one & only place to stay in NYC!…

The hotel has a great location near the park - entrance on both 57&58 st is quite nice... parking is directly next to the hotel. Service is excellent- in room dining is great - overall a wonderful place to stay
