My daughter and I met in NYC for the weekend and the hotel was just perfect for us. The pool, spa, and workout room were all clean and well equipped. Our room was spacious and the beds were clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was conveniently located, near shopping and restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again.
Modern and classy hotel on Park avenue. In the middle so you can get downtown and uptown very easily by cab. Lots of restaurant options nearby and the rooms are very luxurious. Raised bed and a little balcony with lofty views of the skyscrapers. Subway is a few minutes away and a relatively safe area. There is a homeless shelter nearby where I used to drop off food every night and they are very welcoming. Relaxing pool and the hamamm is the best feature of the hotel. Classically designed foyet and very courteous staff. The spa has really nice towels and slippers too. Reasonable price for a business stay.
The hotel is in a good location. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast we had was excellent, with freshly made bake good, jelly and honey, a bagel and cream cheese, juice, coffee or tea, fruit and a hard boiled egg. The roof top bar showed us an amazing view of New York. Enjoyed our stay.
Our stay was awesome. The overwhelming memories of our time spent at this hotel will last forever. The botel is beautiful. The food was very good. The room was large and spacious. The pool is really nice too. My grandchildren are still talking about the amazing time. The staff was extremely hospitable. The location is nice. Everything was top-notch. Natalie was exceptional. Mike was ver freindky and helpful. All of the staff was professional and kind. We can’t wait to visit again.
I came here during the weekend of Hurricane Henri for my sister’s birthday. I booked the double queen room for 2 nights 5 months in advance through their website. When we arrived, we were given an ADA room when I didn’t request for one. I emailed the concierge, Jackson, 3 days in advance of our arrival to confirm my room and there was no indication it was an ADA room. We went into the room extremely disappointed because there were no shower stall and only a curtain between the sink/toilet and the shower. We called to request a different room and was told they were sold out of double queens. We were pretty upset because the room appeared in need of renovation and not what we expected from a 5 star accommodation that cost $450/night. The concierge offered a king room but the space was much smaller and my sister and I wanted more space. After that, they didn’t do anything more to make our stay better despite giving our room away. To make matter worse, we asked for more towels in the evening - never received them. Then the next day when we left our room, the cleaning staff came into our room without our consent to drop it off while we weren’t there. We felt that our privacy was violated since our personal belongings and valuables were left out. The hotel is in dire need of a renovation - chipping walls, elevator wallpaper held up by scotch tape. They also seem to be sort in staff and the rooftop bar was a small balcony with a few small tables and sofas. The decor was tacky. I would not recommend you stay here if you want 5 star services, accommodations or amenities. The location is great but there are better hotels nearby.…
