We were a group of 4 women on our first trip to NYC. Bubba and Bean Lodges is in a great location and I loved the neighbourhood feel. We felt very safe, there were several lovely restaurants close by, and it was so easy to get to the subway, etc. We appreciated the cleanliness, the little kitchen area, the quiet,...

We echo what others have said about the great location, lovely room and great value. We also appreciated the helpful written materials Jonathan and Clement provided before we arrived, and in the room. When we left they were kind enough to arrange for a car to the airport. We loved being in a neighborhood - there is a good grocery...

We were a group of 4 ladies visiting NYC for the first time. We found this place perfect for us. The subway was nearby and the bus in front of Bubba and Bean's. We had two rooms with two bathrooms and two sets of twin beds - couldn't have been better! There was a TV in each room, blower driers...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bubba and Bean. The room was huge, the kitchen very handy and it felt like home. We even had a wonderful courtyard full of flowers where we would sit for breakfast and plan our day. One night we (two women travellers) felt a little uncertain walking home late one night, and Jonathan walked five...

The studio is located in the Upper Manhattan Area (Spanish Harlem), 5 mins walk to Subway Line 6 and a ride to downtown Manhattan would take 20 mins. If you don't mind walking and are comfortable about catching the metro trains, you can go one stop then switch to the no 4 Green Line and this is an express line...

This is the second time I have stayed here and both times I have not been disappointed. It is lovely and clean, with a small kitchenett close to tube, restaurants, 2 blocks to central park. Lucky got a balcony this time. Would recommend to anyone.

We could not have enjoyed another place more than Bubba and Bean's. Lovely 3 story building connected to another similar building, 12 guest rooms available. We had a great "couples studio" with small kitchenette, just perfect for breakfast each morning. Includes all utensils and cooking availability. There is a private balcony and would be perfect for warmer months but it...

I was very pleased with the clean and pleasant accommodations. The hosts provide clear communications and instructions that made the stay smooth. I was staying alone with my friends in a nearby hotel. My friends were jealous of my room! It had everything I needed, and was close to the subway and great eateries. I am a city girl, so...
