They have modernized this hotel since my last stay but it shows age still. Rooms are small. Windows don't block any noise from street 17 stories down. Very little sink area in bathroom. Thru wall AC was typical type. Room was clean and staff friendly and helpful.

Disappointing room sizes & bed double bed didn't sleep 2 people comfortably, lucky I had a room with 2 beds 1 per person. No bar fridge or room safe, when staying 9 days. We stayed on 2nd floor with street view & was very noisy. But rooms at least clean. Bathroom tiny with tub & shower combined so 1 person...

We could really enjoy our stay in NY thanks to Holiday Inn Manhattan experience, as well. Interesting location, friendly and cute staff at front desk, good services, clean and tidy room eqiuped by very comfortable beds. We did not have a breakfast in this hotel but there are a several very good possibilities for having an excellent breakfast in a...

We had a room on the 20th floor with a beautiful view. The room was comfortable, and decent sized for a Manhattan hotel. It was a little expensive. The elevators were fairly unreliable, and frequently stopped midway down, and turned around and went back up. That breakfast isn't included could be a problem, but there are decent places nearby to...

The hotel was average for the area. Rooms were a little small. Restaurant was terrible food bad and price outrageous. The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. The location of the hotel is close to a lot of the tour sites. Do not use the cabs in NY, use Uber much better services.

Had to stay at this hotel for a business trip. It was the cheapest "knowing what I am going to get hotel" at the last minute. Very surprised, the rooms were small but the convenience of this location made up for it. Close to the 1 train, which makes getting to Times square/Broadway/Downtown a breeze. The service at the hotel...

Traveled to New York for my girlfriend's birthday. Booked a few months in advantage to enjoy a discounted, non-refundable reservation. I am a big fan of the Intercontinental properties and wanted to see what the other IHG brands were like. Obviously not as nice as the Intercons, the Holiday Inn still was very clean and had the signature IHG hospitality....

The location is brilliant but there's not much else positive to say. I'm an IHG scheme member and the hotel is not nearly as good as most other hotels in the group. When you consider the cost is well over $200 per night, not to have basics like a safe in the room is disappointing. The WiFi is good though....

Needed a room for three nights in Manhattan. Booked this hotel because of the price. Took a taxi from the airport about $65. Nothing great to look at from outside but they do have a very nice sitting area, several tables and chairs in front of the entrance. Front lobby is big enough to have a few people waiting to...

Well it wasn't the ritz but it was a decent place to stay. Very basic clean room. Housekeeping serviced every day and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I really had no issues. Very central location. We wanted to do galleries in Chelsea and Broadway/Times Square. Convenient for both.
